If there was only one pizza place left in Minnesota... we want it to be Carbones on Randolph!!!
We love there pizza and have been a customer since the 70's. Our second pick is Savoys...just so you know the type of pizza we like.

The LaFay is the best pizza in Saint Paul. We get it way too often! Service is always wonderful, food is consistently spot-on, and the wait is always very reasonable. Carbone's on Randolph is def one of my top three pizza spots in Saint Paul. Affordable and always delicious.

Stopped for lunch and had a 3 meat Italian sub with chips and pickle and a lunch pizza with salad. Both were delicious. Great prices, excellent service, you cann't go wrong coming here. BEST Carbone's in town!

Ordered a house pizza. It was thick with onions. You can see from the pick, I pulled out about 2 cups of onions on a third of the pizza.
I sent note to the website for feed back and heard nothing back, so I am posting her.

Had a great time sitting at the bar while eating motz sticks & pizza with my wife. Great pizza and intriguing pricing- we're planning on coming back to share a dog, a tuna sandwich, and some drinks

Very poor service especially being the only 2 people in the restaurant. Difficult to get refills on beverages. Once food was served no one check on us and finally had to go to the counter to pay bill. The pizza wasn't very good. Flat tasting sauce on the pizza and cheese was not good.

I have loved Carbones since highschool. Great pizza! I love that it's a local shop. I was worried the remodel would change it but it's still the best pizza! The original counter is still there, but now it's a lot brighter and more airy. The pizza is still as good as ever, and you can still pick it up to go. The only way to improve this place is to offer delivery!
