I ordered the lobster sandwich with fries. It was soooo good. Hit the spot. I had just gotten off a 3.5hr flight and before I caught my next flight I had to fill up. They were about to close as it was 9pm and they allowed me to order. Great service, great food! The ketchup was good too, although it was not theirs, it paired well with the seasoned fries. The red of the ketchup was not the same type of ketchup red I seen before. But it was good.

Let me start off first saying their lobster quesadilla were awful. They only give you two to three piece of lobster meat. Which is a very small portion of meat. I had more pico and cheese than meat 😒I’m so disappointed. The fries where great, but the lobster quesadilla is a big NO for me. I had my supervisor to buy my food from here today….just for me to be disappointed. I’m temporarily working here for two weeks. I definitely won’t be coming here again!

Delicious food - I had the special and it had tons of yummy lobster meat. Fries were good too, and I don't typically like fries. A little pricey but hey - it's at the airport - everything is pricey here

Not bad. Andouille sausage was generic and from a package. But food arrived fast. Service and order taking was average. The gal at the front was a little spacey and confused. I’ve had much worse.

Smack Shack has good food. Impressive that they could maintain that at the airport. Had a shrimp pi boy that was delicious. This is a really nice choice at the airport.

This Smack Shack was the worst. I assumed it would be like the original…rightfully so. But the service was poor. The description said it came with hot sauce and Mayo. It barely has anything on it. When I asked for the shrimp to have more sauce they just threw Mayo packets and a side of hot sauce for me. Definitely not $15 worth. I asked for my money back and they refused. I had to catch a flight so it wasn’t worth staying around and causing a scene. HORRIBLE.

This location started out great, but has been on a downward spiral since it opened. Last few times the ordering process has been laborious and aggravating, they switched to kiosk ordering but not all items are listed and the scanners don’t work for the beverages. I ordered the clam chowder and a side of fries this time, the chowder was ok but was a bit separated and the protein was extremely chewy. The side of fries were grossly undercooked and under seasoned. Overall a disappointing experience. Needless to say I will not be giving this location another try.

Lobster roll had no flavor, not sure if not fresh or overcooked. Fries gave me heartburn for hours.
