I am so impressed with this shop. It is so much more than "just a butcher shop." There's an excellent assortment of beautiful (yes, beautiful) meat, frozen meals for easy grab and go, and the most divine, delicious pork liver. This pork liver is the perfect addition to your appetizer plate at any dinner party and guaranteed will be a crowd pleaser. I love this place and will be back again and again <3
Twice I have ordered food to pick up for the office. Both times everything was correct. But mostly it's that everything was amazing! Excellent food!! Wonderful service. I personally don't eat meat. Yet their grilled oyster mushroom sandwich was over the top delicious. Thank you!
Great selection of meats, especially harder to find things like duck and lamb. They also keep onions and other common veggies on hand which is convenient. But the real shining star for me today was the Reuben, great bread and fantastic pastrami.
Just went in here for the first time today as I have been getting into local meats and grass fed/naturally raised diet a lot more lately. I got a duck breast and seared it right after getting home it was melt in your mouth and closest I have seen to wild duck. Can’t wait to cook the flat iron steak and beef I got. Mya helped me and her and her cowered were insanely helpful at helping me find what I needed and seemed passionate about the topics. 10/10 would recommend this place p.s please get in some good selection of grassfed beef liver and I will be back to buy it!
My friends and I planned out a big dinner plan for a movie ago and one friend brought in meats from here. Some of the best stuff we've cooked with and eaten hands down from a butcher shop. Came in for Father's day in mind and was greeted, always nice. Asked some quick questions then bought ground beef, extra extra thick bacon ( you must, MUST, get this bacon. Even if you don't think you need it, you need it) and cheese. As they had just opened also asked about the sandwiches if it was still early for one to be made, the reply, "never too early for a sandwich". Words of wisdom. Also probably the best Ruben I've had in a long time. The meat of course is peppery and perfectly salty. Falls apart in your mouth, perfect cuts against the grain, so you don't pull out half the meat in the sandwich in one bite.

I just moved to the area and popped my head in for a sandwich. Super friendly staff and probably the best turkey club I've ever had. I'll be back a lot.
Nick, one of the Butchers was very knowledgeable about his meats and was a great help with navigating what I should I get. Nick was so kind enough to give me a deal for two prodigious cuts of meat. Would high recommend checking St. Paul Meats!
Perfection. This is the best butcher shop I have known in my life, to the point that my family in California takes packs of their sausages back frozen on the plane when they come visit. For their beef selection, they have exclusive relationship with very small footprint family owned farms that are consistently excellent. For their chicken, they went on a road trip to try dozens of places, cooking each chicken the same way to compare and pick the best source. Just sit with this fact for a moment (and curse Amazon / Whole Foods and other big grocery stores). Their eggs are Michelin restaurant quality. Their sausages are prepared in house then sous vide so they’re easy to cook, and they also have great prepared food. Plus fabulous sandwiches. The only reason you shouldn’t be driving out of your way here (maybe) is if you live in another state.
