Domino's Pizza

We ordered $95 worth of pizza for my daughters party. The pizza was overdone on like half of them. I called and the Manger fixed it all and refunded my payment. Wow I was shocked by the amazing customer service I was provided with. I'm so glad I didn't pay for disappointing pizza. Thankfully the kids didn't notice.

I placed a big order, I wanted a sandwich for lunch the nexted day. Boy did I have a surprise, they sent me an Italian when I ordered a chicken parm. I waited until I got home to make sure I didn't make a mistake and I didn't. So I called the store and spoke with the manager Robin, he immediately had another sandwich sent to me. I have lived out here for 3 years and order at least once a month, this was the first mistake and it was rectified with no questions. Thanks guys, it is much appreciated

Dominos on Telegraph has a new General manager and most of the management staff is new. They were trained by me to be friendly and handle complaints properly. I apologize to anyone that has had any issues with them the last few years we are trying to implement a new way to handle Friday and Saturday night dinner rushes so you get hot fresh food as fast as we can get it out to you. Once I get staffed up I’d say give us another shot!

UPDATE: Still receive hot, fresh pizza with a smile. Love this crew. Perfect! I ordered from the website and paid with my card. I watched the little interactive thingy as it told me the stages of my pizza being made through the delivery. Got a knock on the door from a cute little delivery man with a smiling face. Handed me a hot pizza and thanked me for my business. Couldn't ask for more !

I order from this store at least once a week. It is always a good experience. Tonight I tried to order when I was absolutely starving and their computers were down so I had to cancel my order. Called back a few hours later and the systems were back up, hooray! I ordered 1 chicken alfredo pasta dish. Normally this does not meet the minimum delivery amount, but because Toni is an exceptional employee and without being asked, offered to deliver it anyway at almost 11 at night and did so to make up for something that couldn't be avoided! I wish every dining experience could be that delightfully easy, courteous, and professional. Thank you, Toni!
