I love this shop, I literally dream about her strawberry shortcakes and iced lemon cakes. I've been here several times and the interaction is always personal and unique. It's clean and very well kept and again, I DREAM about these cakes.

I got a caramel cake, and a lemon caramel cake. So so good. This is a small, unassuming shop that really comes through on the product.

If you're in the mood for something sweet, but you're not a huge sugar fan; try the pound cake. It contains enough sugar to fulfill your hankering for dessert, but it's not *too* sweet. For $5 you get two thick slices of vanilla pound cake with a light lemon icing. In my opinion, this is one of the better fresh-made dessert deals in-town. Delish, delish and more delish! Tried 4 different cakes and all were good. The family loved the turtle and caramel the best. All agreed even the chocolate cakes were moist with good flavor and consistency. Definitely recommend.

I have tried most of what she (The Cake Lady, as affectionately called by my family) offers and it’s all been delicious. Her caramel cake tastes like my late great-grandmother made it. Her strawberry shortcakes and banana pudding are perfect, and I’m a bit of a hard judge on folks’ banana pudding. I’ve had other stuff from there but those are my three favorite.

Someone bought me a caramel cake from there and I instantly fell in love I have been craving it since then!! Iam sad to say ..lbvs that I haven't been able to get any more because they are only open when I have to be at work and close when I am off. 😏 Ughhhh

I purchased her Carmel cake last year for Thanksgiving. Can't really tell you how it was because once it was cut, it was gone. Gonna try again this Thanksgiving.
