The McDonalds on Kingshighway and Natural Bridge is horrible with horrible service and never get your order right..make sure you check your order before you leave I haven’t been back since

I have noticed typically the reviews have been bad for this location. I want to say however, this must have been a special day for my visit, because my visit was excellent. I was greeted with a smile and my order was correct and very timely. I am a senior and I was most surprised when the attendant took my tray and walked me to a table. She smiled, and said this is what we do. I was impressed and thought I would do a shout-out. Thank you and let's keep this going.

There was an issue with my order and the manager Kevin took care of it in a professional manner. I wasn't asked to tell a story, provided the information surrounding the problem he handled it in two minutes and I left a forever customer when in the area.
