Was in bad area,,and I think they needed more staff working ,took awhile to get our food

This place is kinda in a shady neighborhood at night, staff is usually very friendly and food it hot

The employees were very friendly and kind, but still waited a long time and there was know one else in line.. I like my food fresh and hot, but this is called a FAST FOOD establishment... Definitely need some time management.. Again the girl that helped us, was super nice.

We don't have Rallys in sullivan. So I decided to try a rally burger when I saw the sign while crusin on grand. Pretty damn good food and the drive thru guy was pretty personable.

My visit was very unexpected. I've grown accustomed to having unpleasant people in the drive through. But not on yesterday! I did not get her name but she was very helpful, suggesting items that aligned with the order I made. Then when I got to the window she knew people were having issue with the flavoring in the slushies, so she suggested I try it first before leaving. She even offered to remake if I wasn't happy and kept a smile on her face. A welcomed change from what we get these days. I appreciated her as it had been a long day.

The cashier was nice but she didn't tell me about the two for five and for extra $2 you get a small fry and a soda. Because I asked for a small fry I didn't know the photo came free because the small fries $2.19. other than that the food was fresh the price was fresh. I rather go to this Rally's in the one on kingshighway please don't go there they're ghetto as hell...

My family loves that we can fill our belly's for $20 or less with the 2 for $4 and 2 for $6 deals. Y'all have my favorite fries to be honest and I won't get a fish sandwich anywhere else.
