In my world… and I’m sure in many others.. you all now hold number one for best burger spot in St. Louis. I am very pleased with the service, speed + ESPECIALLY the taste of your delicious food. 🤤 the fries had me in a chokehold.. and the burger patty was seasoned well..

A Soulard gem! Small restaurant, big flavor. Off street parking, small dining room with mostly bar seating and spacious outdoor patio. You order at the end of the bar, take a number, and then wait for your food.
You must get the specialty fries! I ordered the CBGB fries that had gooey beer cheese sauce, grilled onions, and bacon. Those fries alone are one of the best things I've ever eaten. Get the fries!
I chose the Patty Melt, and the special brisket beef mix was the right choice. So good! I haven't had a meal that good in a long time.

The food was fairly priced. The taste was amazing and the customer service was great, but highly recommend. Also get the apple pie thing for dessert, it was really good!!!

The food was fantastic! And the gal working (I believe Jen) was so helpful and kind! The food was delicious, hot, and came out fast. This is a hidden gem. My husband ate the burger special and hasn't stopped talking about it. I tried the fried pork dumplings and I wish I would have tried the dessert ones too! 10/10 will be back!

Small place inside but they have a patio for warmer weather. Great food, service, and drinks. Will definitely be back. Meant to take photos of food but we ate it too fast. Burgers , chicken sandwich, and the cbgb fries are great!

Jack Nolen’s is a nice little dive bar in Soulard. Known for their smash burgers which are really good, they should also be recognized for their amazing chicken sandwiches. Freshly made fried chicken breast smothered in their own buffalo sauce. Always taste better when accompanied by a frosty cold beer of choice. Definitely recommend this place.

Kristin is the best. I had never been here before and she was so patient while I looked over the menu and kind and polite and a breath of fresh air in the restaurant industry. Besides great service, the food was great too. Beautiful patio. Love deviled eggs as a side option, but maybe that’s just me.

You want a dang good burger? This is the place. It’s known for being the best burger in STL and recently won burger of the year (2022). I get why. I got just a single and I can confidently say I made a mistake. I should have gotten a double and maybe even a triple. The fries are crispy as all heck and they give you more sauces than you can count.
We sat at the bar and we had the nicest bartender/waitress (Erin). It’s a nice restaurant with a sports bar vibe. They are committed to being known as a restaurant. They stick to their guts and don’t stay open late on Sundays even though it would be very profitable to be.
I loved this place and definitely will be trying the Burger of the Month every new month I’m back.

Food was fantastic. My husband and I had the chicken sandwich and double burger with fries. The house sauce was great dipped everything in it. We ate outside in the patio area. The atmosphere was relaxing.

First time in and this place blew me away! Incredibly friendly and professional staff, and Michael helped get us set up with some great drinks. Tried the burger of the month and Firecracker burger with stye fries and all were solid at a decent price point. Vibes of this place are great, can't wait to go back!

Hidden gem in the Soluard area for great burgers, pot stickers, cucumber salad, variety of French fries along with Apple Pie Pot stickers.
Service was on point, the ladies were friendly, nice and quick on getting your drink & food order.
So sweet as they were minutes away from closing the kitchen.
Big shout out to the cook for the scumptous food too.
If you haven't tried it yet, definitely affordable and delicious food to boot.
Plenty of tvs for your sports venue too football, hockey and baseball to keep your attention.

Great food! I’ve been hearing about the burgers here for a year! They were pretty awesome. I definitely recommend! Smash burger here is the spicy burger on the menu. Top notch!

The "Frank the Tank" burger of the month needs to be kept on the menu ! The flavor is incredible and so satisfying. Goes with any of the fries ( and get an order of deviled eggs ) . Insert taste bud explosion here.

As a visibly obvious foreigner living in Midwest, a bar can be a tricky place to visit. JN quickly became one of my absolute favorite spots in Saint Louis after they made me feel like I belong. I guess it doesn't hurt that they also have the BEST smash burgers in the world. Triple cheese burger with everything in it should be your order if it's your first time. You can thank me later.

Where to start? Went for lunch. Comfortable/relaxed atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food came out quick and was excellent. We each got a single cheeseburger, the deviled eggs and styled fries. Highly recommend the style sauce. Pricing is perfect for the amount and quality of food. Restrooms are clean and spacious. Only complaint is that I wish it was closer to home. Looking forward to the outdoor patio when it warms up. We will be back!

Great addition to Soulard. They took over and renovated an old bar and Jacks is a much better establishment. Burger was amazing and good draft selections including Budweiser and Zwickel. Very chill patio perfect for Covid times. A new favorite that will be visited regularly!

Awesome bar, great bartender, and solid service. The patio was a good place to sit and eat. The party melt was mediocre, burger was alright, and the fries chicken.sandwich was good... But where they really shined was the CBGB fries and spicy Bloody Mary.
