Mcdonald's

The woman at the window spent a good 5 min filling straws, while on the phone with a personal call, but never gave us straws. The hero was the manager when we heard "we've got no fries and all these orders up and you're filling straws. That's cute." She snuck off somewhere else to take her call, leaving the manager to take over the window plus do whatever she was doing before as well. We had to wait quite a while for our stuff and it wasn't 100% all there at first. That manager deserves a raise for patience and being able to switch on kindness towards customers and being efficient at solving issues.

Placed mobile order. Asked for no bun, no onion. When i got there, i checked in. Manager came over, asked me if i wanted no bread at all. Why would i order no bread if i wanted bread? Then i found a few onion pieces. When my order came out, i wasnt given any utensils. How am i supposed to eat a bunless burger? Then i guess the manager left. There was this woman talking super loud, letting the McDonald's worker's know they weren't doing their job right. I was relieved when i finally got finished so i could leave.

I went to this McDonald’s on mother’s Day and there were three people working I got my food quick it was hot and prepared correctly so good to the point it actually looked like the advertisement. I found out the three workers had been unexpectedly busy the entire day and understaffed they all had positive attitudes they had great customer service and I thank them for that. Definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

The service and the food was great but I could have broken something..the floor was slippery with grease. Whomever mop the floor did not change the water or clean the mop because the entire floor including the women bathroom was greasy slippery and that's a danger to the customers....so enter at your own risk.

I love this place precisely because nobody ever goes here because their wait can be long. They have a giant playroom area that your kids can play and then you can eat your food while they're playing. It's not the cleanest McDonald's in the world and the water in the bathroom sink has finally been fixed. They are often out of the kids toys that are in season at McDonald's If you can look past all of this then it's a fine McDonald's and you have plenty of space and the kids can play to their hearts content. The air conditioner in a playroom is broken so don't go on a hot sunny day but in the winter it's just fine. The kids can play for hours and nobody will complain.

I normally never eat McDonald's, and the food quality of this and all fast food places like it are terrible for you. That is why I deduct a star. But for the rare occasion I eat McDs, this is a nice one with a playground, and it's clean. Good to take kids to, but if you are regularly eating at places like this, you need to reevaluate your eating and health habits.
