The Chicken I ordered was fine but the pizza had too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese I could literally see a lot of spaces of tomato sauce where there should of been cheese. Also I don't know their policy on napkins but the guy that gave me my order literally gave me 5 napkins for 2 medium pizzas, a 16 piece chicken and a 8 piece chicken. And when I asked for a few more napkins he advised me that he could not give me anymore even tho he had just opened up a new package to give me the 5 that he had given me. Smh these workers are just flat lazy and anyway they can cut corners so they won't have to do anything extra they won't do it and it's a shame because we as paying customers are the ones paying to get those items with our food everytime we place an order with these restaurants. I ordered dominos again April 24, 2022 and got extra cheese and still see tomato sauce this is crazy and half of my pizza was folded in the box wow just can't get it right. And just cause it was hot don't mean squat if it's not made right and packaged right cause that's what I'm paying for.

I really didn't want to have to make this post, but as a former Domino's employee and delivery driver that was once proud of working for this brand, I felt that I needed to speak up. I have been frequenting this particular Domino's for over a year now and have been ordering takeout from here once or twice a week (or more) for myself and my friends. For fast food pizza and sandwiches, you really can't do much better for the price. That said, lately the customer service at this location has been horrific..
On Friday I ordered specialty chicken, sandwiches, and a carryout pizza which was supposed to have extra pepperoni. When I got home, I realized that the pizza was missing pepperoni entirely. I called the store to let them know and before I could explain who I was the employee on the line reacted as if he already knew they had sent out an incorrect order. I was told I needed to come back. When I asked for a credit or refund since I was unable to come back (I had started drinking), I was told there was nothing they could do for me unless I came back with the pizza and only then would they start making me a new one. I protested and was hung up on. I called back again and asked to speak to a manager. The person on the phone said he was the manager (which I knew to be false) and was told that if I had any complaints, I would have to speak to corporate about them. I asked for the corporate number and was given a phony number to an insurance company. When I called the number I couldn't believe my ears...
That night I reached out to Domino's corporate customer service via email and described this situation in even more detail than I am doing here. I asked for a phone call so I could explain that this was the worst of a string of bad experiences, but clearly they couldn't be bothered and sent me an email instead. I am attaching their response to this post to illustrate how little Domino's cares.

Domino's - I proudly worked for you and admired the direction your company was headed. I was trained that we were supposed to WOW your customers:
1) Take responsibility and apologize.
2.) Give them what they want (correct pizza or full refund)
3.) Give them something extra (Like a free bread side or cold drink)
After reading your email, I understand that this is clearly no longer your policy. Today you have lost a would-be lifetime customer, who has already spent thousands of dollars at your restaurants. I would have spent many thousands more, but you lost me for a couple bucks of pepperoni. I hope it was worth it - you will never see another dime from me.

I give this store a lot of credit. My order was supposed to be delivered in an hour. I called after that hour, and the manager told me my order was being remade because it got cold while waiting for the delivery driver. The order arrived 30 minutes later, correct and hot. I know things are tough right now, and I give the manager a lot of credit for being honest with customers and doing his best to deliver a quality product. I'd rather have a hot delicious order a little late, than something on time but cold. Good job!

I'd give 10 Starts if I could. Shout out to the delivery driver that brought a pizza to the dome for me on Saturday. With the Cardinals game, Blues game, and Supercross all going on at the same time, downtown was a mess. The Dome was completely sold out of food, lines a mile long at all restaurants, nowhere within walking distance had food. I was about to starve to death. Even the Beer couldn't keep me going. This guy went out of his way and drove the pizza to the front gate area since I couldn't make it to the other side of the block. He even waited for me while I tried to escape the building. Although I Had to sneak the pizza into the event in my sweater pocket, this guy saved my life! I don't have his name, but hope you get a raise. Woo!

I cannot believe this location has 2.4 stars. It should have 0 stars. I don't care how few options you may have, if you order from these people, you get what you deserve. All of the bad ratings are 100% accurate. Waited 1hr and 45 minutes. Food still not here. We are right down the street. Called the store. Hung up on me. Called back. After listening to the on hold advertising run about 4 loops, they finally pick up. When asked what's going on, they get defensive, refuse to be accountable, whine about how busy they are and don't have enough drivers, hang up. Waste of time and money.

Delivered the wrong pizza to our hotel. Then denied having delivered a pizza under the delivered number and they were paid with cash and tipped. Customer service was horrible after multiple calls trying to recoup our money. Awful!

Okay! Honestly I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this may be the worse dominos in the continental United States. I’ve lived multiple places around the states and I’ve never had a more poorly timed and executed pizza place. If I could give just a half star, I would. Fix it or just shut the place down.

Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. 2 hrs after order was placed app said order was delivered when it wasn't. Called the store multiple times and each time got hung up on when I was trying to resolve issue and get a refund. Workers literally were yelling at me and all I wanted was a refund since the order never received.
