Y'all this just doesn't happen these days... ok so most people know the food here is without question great all the beef is made fresh everyday, mac-n-cheese like mom makes rich custards all that.... but I'll be honest reliability on deliveries is location specific. Webster Groves SPOT ON.... but tonight... I'm getn a lil emo y'all, I messed up, didn't add an item after picking the flavor. I also wanted that flavor on the side... so I called, did I mention it was like 48 seconds till close and here I am with requests on requests for an item I didn't even get! it wasn't until hanging up they realized that Miss. "last minute" was Misstaken. most places would have gotten a good laugh at "Karen" over here, but they were nice enough to call me back with a heads up and an apology.... well played Katie,I was really just happy y'all didn't let me sit here waiting on ice cream for nothing... I truly didn't expect you to go ahead and make the dreams of my root beer float a reality. its the little things and you made my whole week. app prolly gonna cut this off so I'm gonna go to Google you just have no idea thank you so much for just being a real down home individual and going so far above and beyond... this never happens I am just too happy right now.

I was pretty excited... Got the King #1 with pepperjack cheese. Got some au jus. Got some horseradish. Fries were excellent. The sandwich was HUGE and delicious. So much better than McDonald's down the road. Cashier was hilarious: Me: I've never eaten here. Cashier: Me neither. I may have laughed a little too hard at that. Manager didn't seem to like the comment, but maybe that's how he always looks? It is a look that must come from years of making sure his people get their customers' food out hot and fast. I like it. UPDATE 05/12/2022 My daughter and I eat here once a week. The staff, especially MOE and RAY, know my name and our usual order, and begin preparing our food as soon as they see us pull into the parking lot. Great food and great service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love LC! We have been eating at them for years. With current times we are going through, I can see it’s hard on the workers to keep up with orders and stay positive. There were 4 ladies that were working hard and just wanted to let them know our family appreciated their efforts for our dining enjoyment. Keep it up!

I would like to complement three of the employees at this location. I’ve been visiting this location for several years and I have been so impressed by the customer service of Ray, Tink and Aniya. A positive, upbeat customer service representative can make all the difference in your visit. When any of the three of them are working the drive-through, I know my order is going to be accurate, warm and made well. And with their consistently positive attitudes, I also know I’m going to enjoy my visit. Well done Ray, Tink and Aniya!
