Jack In The Box

We stopped by the drive thru at 6:45pm just to grab something quick on the way home. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers plain and 4 tacos. We sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, which is a lot quicker than they usually are. The employees were very nice but our order was incorrect. We received 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard and pickle instead of plain and only 2 tacos instead of 4. We got off the highway and turned around to head back. My husband went inside with the receipt and our order was corrected without any hassle. The service at this location has greatly improved

Omg Y'all threw down!! It was so 🔥 fire!!! I have never ever liked jack in the box.. actually hated jack in the box... but my girlfriend likes it so we went....I got just a few tacos....but these ones from this location was nothing like any other store ones I have had.. these were not only actually edible, they were on point! I loved them.. and they weren't even busy but still made them so fresh, like fr. And the dude on the drive thru was super patient and helpful..Everytime I come thru that way I'm stopping here. This location exceeded by far any quality of food I have ever experienced at a jack in the box anywhere else.Ever.. them other ones soaked in grease.. but these were how they was supposed to be made. They are the Real Jack n the Box!!!.....all other locations need to go taste the food here....They got it together...and in one of the most challenging and busiest locations. If no body else do, just know I see y'all!

This place is typically too busy for me. But on the one Sunday I tried to visit...the food was excellent! There was a line, but it moved at a decent pace (every fast food joint in StL has been busy since the pandemic started). Upon arriving home with my mini tacos AND regular tacos, they were hot and especially tasty. I've never had a bad experience here. Having said that, there was a small snafu on this visit: the employee at the window asked me to pull into the parking lot and come to pick up my order (since that tacos were holding up the line). Upon entering, the staff looked at me like I was a vagrant: for the indoor dining space wasn't yet open. It was about 20 minutes prior to opening. They made me feel like I was invading their space for following orders. I didn't care, but it's not a good look to criticize a customer for following orders.
