Charley's Grilled Subs

The young lady who took my order was nice…. My food was hot and fresh…however I asked for more ranch and was told it was 0.78. So I decided to get ketchup instead….. The ketchup container was empty…I asked the not so friendly cooking staff for ketchup and was given ugly looks…and then I was asked why I didn’t want the ketchup from the container…however it was empty…it took three nasty faces ,while they did not attempt to smile, to eventually give me four packs of ketchup!!!! Give these people a raise or something….. cause I’m not sure if they need a reason to smile outside of me patronizing their income or what because they seem to be pretty friendly with each other but not so much to me🙄🥴🤷🏾‍♀️

I googled restaurants near Sam's Club, saw a picture of a philly cheese steak and had to find the place. I was disappointed to discover it was in the mall but I would probably go out of my way to eat there again. The cashier was a little intimidating but at the end of the line where I picked up the food I accidentally knocked over the french fries. As I was trying to scoop them back up I was told to throw them away and she handed me a new order. I was pleased with that gesture. My chicken philly and lemonade were so delicious! My husband wasn't quite as impressed with his bacon 3-cheese steak sandwich with fries but who goes to a philly place and doesn't order a philly?
