I like Jack in the Box but usually it is the slapped together fare i expect. Today was a pleasant surprise! I made a quick run through the drive thru right at noon. Checked my food before leaving( of course) and everything was correct. Napkins, etc were in the bag. But best of all...the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Actually looked like the commercials. Very happy
This Jack in the Box is hands down the best in south St. Louis. A little under 2 years ago Jack in the Box's all across St. Louis were being renovated and remodeled as part of what I can only guess is a company wide overhaul. Well, it's worked quite well at this location. Staff is always polite and courteous, 7-9 times out of 10 my experience is great. My order is correct, never have to repeat myself, I can UNDERSTAND the employee working the drive thru, always asked if I'd like any ketchup or sauces. Never given any disgusted looks or sarcasm. Many people don't expect the greatest experience when it comes to fast food, but the quality of service provided here has definitely kept me coming back time and again. Keep it Up!
I frequent this location since it is in a convenient spot. The staff can be hit or miss, but they've been good as of recent. The food has never been a problem for me. It's what you should expect from a JBox
If you like a greasy taco, then come here. Back a couple of years ago they tried (Jack n the Box) to shake most the grease off of the taco before they put it in the paper sleeve, I HATED that. If i am eating at Jack in the Box, I am not eating here because i am watching my weight or eating healthy. I like the taco the way you have always made them. It seems like they are now back to the way thing used to be. Nice greasy tacos. Thank you.
Absolute 5+ I was very impressed how clean this place was. Happy employees, polite and friendly. Food was nice, hot and fresh. Great hot fries, better than McD
Always great. But they were out of one of the ingredients for the southwest grilled chicken salad. :( No crunchy bits to add on top.
This location is by far the best Jack in the Box I've ever eaten at! The food is always good and significantly better than any other Jbox location.

Jack in Box is one of my junk food favorites. Always gotta get couple of tacos too! I would recommend the chicken homestyle or bacon ulitmate chesseburger.
tonight i had the best service at this location!!! jason was very courteous and made my night. my food was hot and accurate!!!
