I cannot order my ‘regular’ (menu item, not special order, it just doesn’t taste right). But since I’ve stepped out and tried other menu items I must say everything else is terrific. Great workers, quick service.

Love coming here in the morning for a cold brew. Cam & Stephanie are absolutely amazing & the most welcoming/nicest workers there! Drink is always made perfect!
On another note, the girl with the super short hair that usually works the window is always rude & my drink is never right when she works the window. Never is nice and never has a smile.

I LOVE that this place is one of the most queer-friendly stores I've ever seen in corporate worlds. Love seeing a company being an ally to LGBT* folks. I also LOVE that I know for a fact (confirmed by store manager) this location will not even consider bigoted comments from anywhere; any rev iew with bigotry is not paid attention to, respected, or considered by management, which is so rare and so nice for the employees. Love this location! I love the team here. Yes drinks are occasionally made wrong, but if YOU are polite about it and go tell them, they will remake your drink every time, I know because I've done that very thing and they were absolutely pleasant and remade my drink and gave me a gift card for next time. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, because they are short staffed and slammed and, you know, human beings. and if you see a line and expect to be in and out within 5 minutes, that's on you not the employees who do their best. Honestly though, if you're simply a kind person, this is the best location to be at in St. Louis.

There was very little food available (5:00pm), no cooler at all, and nothing gluten free but a rice krispie thing they were willing to go look for. Atmosphere was clean but not cozy. It was not the typical Starbucks experience i was counting on.

My main concern is that my boy used to work there. And ever since my boy doesn't work there anymore I would think that things went downhill. Let me know when my boy starts working there again and I will confidently rate 5 stars. I'll just rate it 5 stars for now thank u peace n love

Always a pleasure seeing my favorite baristas. Especially T, She's always showing her beautiful smile, always so delightful and you can even taste the efforts in her drinks😅‼️ watch her with the whip canister, she can flip that thing like Tom cruise in cocktail. I knew it was meant to be when she said "What can I get started for ya?" 😁

My neighborhood store...... always fast, courteous, and orders are always correct. As someone who used to work for Starbucks for 3 years I'd recommend this location.
(( the entry surrounding the store to both park and enter the drive-thru can be tricky when it's busy..... but the store cannot do anything about that. Unless they want to switch locations with the Bread Co. across the way. Lol. Which I'd support!! ))
