Most of the time, the service and food is pretty good. But Lisa's order taking skills in the drive thru is top tier. And inside, Sharon is such a compassionate person when it comes to making sure the customer is taken care of after I received items in my food not meant to be eaten, the manager (from a different location) didn't seem to care and quickly gave a replacement. But nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Sharon was the reason for this customers satisfaction. We need more people like these 2 ladies. Thank you!!!

My son always gets sick after eating there. The food tastes good, yet he gets sick anyway. About half the time my daughter and I do as well.

I noticed that the capstone atop the dumpster enclosure has fallen of the back brick wall. It is not broken, so it could be reset at a modest cost. Please consider adding this to you maintenance list soon. Thanks, and have a good day!

This location struggled for a long time but wanted to come here and say the current crew is killing it. It doesn’t go unnoticed, keep up the great work. This is now my go-to fast food spot on the Hampton/44 fast food strip. Good food, fast service, friendly staff.

The girl with the long braids that works the drive thru at night is ALWAYS rude. Food is mediocre and the store is always dirty. Unfortunately I have to visit often to pick up doordash orders.

Duuuuudeeee. I usually only leave fast food reviews if the service is egregious but this location made me a baconator so good, I want to shake the cook’s hand. Fast service, not the friendliest, but who cares when the food is that good. The cashier could slap me in the face and I’ll still come back.

Great building, way bigger than ours. First time there and it was a very good experience! Ordered through the mobile app and they put salt on fries that were ordered unsalted but they offered to fix it, but a little splurge on a low sodium diet can’t be the end of the world and they were damn good fries! Burgers were good and still reasonably priced comparatively 😋I recommend the Hampton location for late lunch before the science center!
