The staff is always friendly but besides that, it’s just like every other JJ which is fast and tasty

Sandwich was as good as it always is but the service was not friendly at all and felt very rushed. The young lady was not helpful.. There was no one else in the store, so I found that to be quite lackluster... For what it's worth, this was the first time I ever had service like that at Jimmy John's
(EDIT: Ordered again for the first time in a while and I got my sandwich within 15 minutes. They really stepped up! Changed rating to 4 stars. Not 5 because of the past orders taking over an hour)

UPDATE: This JJ’s is really coming around to having a good delivery service. This past year during the pandemic their delivery timing has improved immensely. Expected wait time is now like a normal Jimmy John’s, meaning it is pretty quick. Great job picking up the pace, JJ’s! Food here still is grea
