I ordered at approximately 1223 during the week. Received my delivery within an hour. Food was fresh and neatly put together. I wanted to take a picture of the sandwich while writing this review to let others know that the sandwich stayed together even after biting it but I was hungry and sandwich was good.

Sandwich was as good as it always is but the service was not friendly at all and felt very rushed. The young lady was not helpful.. There was no one else in the store, so I found that to be quite lackluster... For what it's worth, this was the first time I ever had service like that at Jimmy John's .

UPDATE: This JJ’s is really coming around to having a good delivery service. This past year during the pandemic their delivery timing has improved immensely. Expected wait time is now like a normal Jimmy John’s, meaning it is pretty quick. Great job picking up the pace, JJ’s! Food here still is great.

The slowest Jimmy Johns on the planet. Count on at least an hour from the time you order until delivery. But the food is good.

Just picked up a Jimmy John's number 5 about 30 minutes ago. Whoever is working on that crew deserves a raise. They were super courteous very friendly smiled, while making the sub very fast. Very fast is the last thing on my list as it makes my day when somebody smiles and treats you so nice. If I owned the place place I would definitely give them a raise so not to lose them. I will be back when I am in the area to the exact same Jimmy John's. Keep up the great work.

(EDIT: Ordered again for the first time in a while and I got my sandwich within 15 minutes. They really stepped up! Changed rating to 4 stars. Not 5 because of the past orders taking over an hour)
Original review: 2 stars. Has taken over an hour for delivery the past 3 times I have ordered online. Very disappointing because I work 5 minutes away from this location and have loved the convenience in the past.
