Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. From the minute I walked in I could tell my experience wasn't going to go well; I should've just left but it was a special day and the kids were hungry. The server seating us didn't seem to want to be at work because her attitude was unwelcoming. Our server didn't tell us her name. The pancakes that we ordered were strange. They fell apart in a way that the same pancakes ordered elsewhere never have fallen apart. I had to ask for utensils. Our table was wet when we were seated. While eating an employee started cleaning/wiping a drip from a dirty vent in the ceiling. Then I looked up and saw the ceiling tiles. It's obvious this franchise location doesn't have a positive work environment and is in need of serious renovations. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. I should have.

The 2 stars is for my waitress. She did the best she could with what she had. Otherwise I would give 1 star. It took over an hour to get our food after the order was placed. I heard them tell others customers they only had one cook and it was a large party there. My food was not prepared correctly. I asked for hash browns on the side since they weren’t added to my omelette, the hash browns I received were cold. This was an overall horrible experience.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Right when my family and I walked in and had obviously not been wanted. The woman who served us had a rude tone as she took us to our booth. Before we were able to sit down she asks us what we would like to drink. We had not yet decided so we asked for a minute. 1 minute later she comes back and asks what we wanted. We told her and she went back to prepare the drinks. (This was the waitress) About 15 minutes later the waitress comes back and asks what we want to eat. We ordered and she went back to tell the cooks. We wait another 15 minutes still without food and all of a sudden we hear an employee. The woman who had served us was shouting “Look my Mexican boyfriend is here without his green card.” This was very uncomfortable and racist especially considering we were the only ones in the restaurant and my father is Hispanic. My mom than got up and asked if we could pay for our drinks and leave. We were told yes and on the way out my mother says to the waitress, your employees here really need to talk more appropriately. The woman acted as if she didn’t know what we were talking about. Overall a terrible experience. Unclean, rude etc. We than went to the IHOP in Fenton and had a great experience. I would like a reply to this issue.

We were seated at a table that was still clearly sticky from the previous people, and I had to go find a worker to wipe it down, because our server didn't notice it and walked away before we could say anything. When our server arrived with our drinks she spilled water on the table withoutand apology, and there was a HAIR in my milk. The server gave some attitude when I politely asked for a new glass of milk because of the hair, and returned with what you could tell was the same glass, just without the hair. Overall, the service was very poor, and we will not be going back.

This IHOB 😋 is really getting on my nerves: it gets shabbier every time I go here, and the food gets worse each time too. This time I ordered a Cobb chicken salad. It was 8:00 p.m., there was 1 other table in the place, and my salad took 25 minutes to be served. And while they were frying up the chicken to put on top of the salad, they decided to dump the salad dressing on top of the lettuce! So guess how the lettuce tasted when it showed up at my table 25 minutes later? Yup--soggy. All in all a disaster. I'm probably done with this location. Maybe they will make it as a burger joint, but I doubt it. 😖

Horrible experience! After having a waitress that seemed put out by having to wait on my friends and I, we then waited for almost am hour to get our food. Very simple orders, should have taken 20 minutes tops. On top of that, nobody could be bothered to come and let us know what was taking so long. Unprofessional, poor customer service all around .
