Smoki O's BBQ may have ruined all other bbq for me. When I got there around 11:30 they were out of most of their menu, so I came back around 1:20 when they said they should have some more sides and tips. Sadly they were completely out of snoots, but these rib tips are incredible. The right amount of fat, nice and tender with a crispy smoky crust. Also the sauce is excellent, nice and savory not sickeningly sweet like far too many bbq sauces are. Come hungry, the portion is very generous. I'd eat here again in a heartbeat. Smoki O's did not disappoint.

Everything is so good, it's hard to decide what to order! Start with the wings for sure, the brisket and rib tips serve as a great main with a side of beans and greens. Finish up with the sweet potato pie, you'll thank me!

Come for the food, not atmosphere or service. Came here for the first time on Saturday at 3pm and there were three other people here. Most people seem like they just come in and order to go and leave. Really good portion sizes - the rib dinner came with four big ribs and 2 small ones drenched in sweet bbq sauce. One lady was taking orders and she seemed nice enough but really pressured us into getting dessert even after we said no 3 times so we finally just ordered one. Then we watched as our food sat behind her for 10 minutes and when we finally asked if that was our food she said she didn’t know if it was read yet but didn’t bother to ask the cook standing behind her. Snoot was also drenched in bbq sauce so go here if you just want a ton of bbq sauce on your food. Probably won’t be back.

IF YOU ARE IN ST LOUIS YOU MUST EAT HERE! My parents and I were just stopping through and and decided to grab something to eat after seeing the arch and before getting back on the road. We found this place on TripAdvisor (#2 of 2,991) at first look given its surroundings and outside appearance (a lot of old abandon brick buildings) I was a bit suspicious. After entering however, this place will light up your day, especially if Earline is working, she will make you feel like you’ve been going there for years. The food was absolutely delicious and the hospitality was top notch. My parents got the wings (smoked not fried) and I got the snoot (pigs nose, don’t knock it till you try it!) and the peach cobbler. This place is full of LOVE, KINDNESS and GOOD VIBES also tasty, stick to your ribs, finger lickin good BBQ. DON’T MISS OUT!!!!

While in St Louis ya gotta try the Ribs. You know the Hype. (St Louis style) well, Smoki O's Bar-B-Q is nostalgic, feels like it belongs, lots of history, great menu choices. (But) they did (Not) impress me on flavor, sauce was good, ribs were good, Smokey flavor sure, but not even close to great. Ribs were fatty and sparse on meat, also a little tough, not tender. I'm a picky eater, meat must be tender, almost fall off the bone. Sauce must be complimentary to the smokeiness. Ribs must be meaty. Some fat is necessary for best flavor. Geat pit masters know these things. Sorry Smoke O's, you may have history, but to me that ain't enough.

So good. The snoots are amazing and the rib tips too. Talk to Cedric, who was running the grill when we went, he's the pit master for sure. Highly recommend.

Did not like the food. First time trying this. And ordered a variety of things from polish, all sides And chicken wings. Trashed it. $22 down the drain. Good customer service. The younger petite young lady was fast and friendly
