Stopped by on a whim, and I’m glad we did! All of the food was good, but the french toast was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. The customer service was excellent, and the food was on point. We went close to closing on a Wednesday so it was not crowded at all. I would definitely eat here again, and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!!
AMAZING. The hollandaise sauce was the best I've ever had. The different flavor mimosas were a delight, I recommend the strawberry-so delicious! The food came out fast and the staff was really friendly. Highly recommend.
Chris' @ The Docket was amazing. From the beginning everything was perfect, and every staff member friendly and professional, and fun. The menu had a great selection of food and drinks. I had the Cali Benedict and an Island Mimosa. I definitely recommend trying out Chris' @ The Docket. 10/10
Thank you! I will be back.
Restaurant ambiance is dope downtown long wait on weekends. I got the infamous breakfast fried rice and it was good. Sauce took it over the top and the portion was decent for the price. My friend got the eggs Benedict and said it was amazing. I would come back because our server was super kind and excellent.
Solid choice for breakfast. My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed our breakfast here. It was delicious regular breakfast food, which is what we like. Some restaurants try to "fancy up" everything and ruin it for me. The omlett I had was good, and so was my wife's French toast. My daughter isn't a fan of breakfast food, so she got the chicken fingers, which she enjoyed. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Timing on a Sunday is everything. But seated w/in 10. Quick w/menus & ordering. Pancakes were light & fluffy & tons of other choices
Food delicious. Waitress pleasant. Service fast. In my opinion, large portion with an affordable price.
Let me start by saying that Chris’ is great option for diner style menu items if you’re in the downtown area, and don’t mind a short walk to eat there. They are also big on mimosas with 9 different kinds on the menu, so it’s great if you’re grabbing brunch with friends.
I tried the Chris’andwich, a highly customizable breakfast sandwich that reminds me of a sausage egg and cheese croissandwhich from BK, but actually good.
I also tried the Cali Eggs Benedict and the poached eggs were cooked pretty close to perfect. The hollandaise sauce was a little on the salty side, but overall it was pretty good.
The smoked chicken grits were heavy and tasty, but it’s a big portion, so make sure you save room.
Overall it was an inexpensive meal that was fast, filling and well made. Definitely worth stopping by for a Sunday breakfast or during the week for a quick lunch.
The other reviews are correct about this being an excellent place to eat! The staff was friendly and we were seated quickly.
Good coffee was followed with our orders very fast. I had the breakfast fried rice and it was delicious! My wife had the farmer's omelette which she said was the best omelette she's had. My son loved the waffle that he got.
Excellent meal. Had the biscuits and gravy and they were wonderful. Staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely worth the stop.
