This location has friendly staff and it’s a great place to get some work done or stop in when on a casual outing with friends or family. However, there are with cleanliness and neatness which hamper the experience. Oftentimes, tables are sticky and unclean, there are boxes piled up at one end of the restaurant, and, while service is solid, the ambience is pulled down and it can feel cramped and messy.

It smelled really bad when I walked through the door and they got slammed with a bunch of online orders apparently so it was very chaotic.

I am biased towards Starbies. Central West End is my favorite of them. Service is always outstanding. Atmosphere is both urban and cozy. A great way to start a shopping trip.

The baristas really try to get your order right. I won't get coffee from any other place.

The store was clean but a little cluttered. The front had two doors but one of them was an exit and nit marked.
The drinks we had were tasty. My granddaughter took hers back because it was really sloppy and not neat. They did remake it.

It's an average Starbucks, but the space is ample. The setbacks are not clean and too loud.

Parking is tough and there's no drive-thru but this is one of the coolest Starbucks around. Service is fast and friendly, in a classic space with various comfortable seating options.
