Amazing experience on my lunch break. Was served super fast, and the birria tacos were insane. Definitely going to be coming here more often for sure!

This is a regular staple in our families diet but since COVID this place has gone down hill with their food. Today was the absolute worst experience I've had there. Don't order the fried chicken salad. Was Dyno bites cut up in lettuce, nothing else.
Ive got to say they didn't charge us for my meal and also let me order something different. But overall a disappointing dinner on a holiday weekend

Me and my mother came to eat dinner, I had the El Toriado. I love this dish, and I can't find it everywhere. The flavor is on point, very delicious. It's fire 🔥 Chips and salsa we're also fresh and tasty 😋

Man the food here is absolutely amazing... like I have no words. The pollo feliz was perfect and the chimi cheesecake was just omg! Eat here you will love it

We have been going to El Maguey since the 90’s. Consistently, hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in St. Louis. My normal go to is tostadas or chicken taco salad. Last night I tried something new, tamales. Delightful! Space is beautifully decorated and staff more than kind. ❤️
