They closed our Bdubs in Belleville. So we came over to here. Got traditional, boneless, and ultimate Nachos. All was good. Server got drinks quickly. Food order went in. Seemed to take a little longer then what I thought should have been, for what we ordered. But it was all hot and delish.

When we got there we were seated immediately. It wasn’t that crowed. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food came out within 10mins of us ordering and that was kinda suspicious. The food was so good though!!! The tacos I never had and were amazing ! Especially for that price. The wings were all great but some under sauce would of liked some more. I also got a top shelf Margarita and it tasted pretty good. Felt a little buzz afterwards. Everything was good price. We was in and out within 35mins 😅. Our table had a vent above it though and was blowing cold air, made our food cold fast so after 5mins everything had a chill to it. I would definitely come back though. Thanks for everything

Bailey, the General Manager really helped make the experience better. I was having trouble ordering online and she came in and made everything so easy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, always will be my go to BWW

The staff and service was fantastic! The manager Brittney made sure to stop by and ask us if we were enjoying the service and our meals. Even with our big party including small children the staff was helpful and friendly through start to finish!

"I had a recent dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I must say the food was outstanding. The flavors of the wings and other menu items were on point, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. However, there was a hiccup in the service as they forgot to include some of the items I had ordered, and I was not refunded for them. While the food was great, this oversight did leave a bit of a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable meal."

I want to take this moment to thank Gab and Brittany for giving me amazing service after I had a very bad service m. The wonderful service they gave me is the reason why I have returned to continue to support this location. Gab is truly an asset to your company because he give good representation of what management and good customer service should look like. His motivation, spontaneous, and order accuracy makes this a place my favorite place to eat as I am a vegetarian. It’s hard to find a quick fix of food to satisfy my craving in a moment time. Brittany also made my second visit exceptional. Please recognition for their hard work to satisfy customer by going beyond the call of duty to provide a pleasant eating experience. Please let them know that I did in fact send in my compliments. I really appreciate them so much. However, there is still work that needs to be address with people working in the dining area. They still don’t acknowledge customers whether they are dining are not shouldn’t matter. All customers should be greeted. This is a very big issue if you have brown skin!! Please meet with your team members and address this issue and insure it’s being implemented. To have someone look you dead in your face and pretend they are busy during a slow time is unacceptable behavior. Next time this happens, I will be going to corporate office. I live in this community and I refuse to go somewhere else to get my food. It will be an inconvenience. I am not there for them to like me. I just want respect as I give it when I get good service. Unpleasant service will be address! Thank you so much for giving customers an opportunity to be heard. Putting action to address adverse will keep you all on top with customer service.

The service here is hit and miss. The food is good, but sometimes doesn't seem worth it. Food is a pricey and it's so loud in there. This most recent visit was much better than recent memory so hopefully they are turning things around. I recommend going on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they have deals or going for lunch when its more reasonable. Otherwise you'll overpay for food that's just okay.

I absolutely love this place. The food is awesome, they have a fantastic beer selection, and the vibe is fun but relaxed. Awesome place to unwind and watch a game. My favorite bartenders are Audrey and Trevor!!

Trevor was an excellent waiter. He was running around like crazy to be sure everyone was taken care of. I'd request him again. Very personal and polite. Tbh I don't care for the bww chicken wing sauce. Meh. But that damn burger was awesome!

I fly to St.Louis a lot and this location is near my hotel. Bartender Gage is always working the entire bar by himself and delivers awesome service! He has attention to detail! I always look forward to seeing him when I'm in town.

This is a nice place to hang out with friends. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The patio does not have much of a view, but we enjoyed the occasional breezes from the open windows that looked like garage doors.

When we arrived there were maybe only 10 other tables with customers so they weren't busy at all. The server was just sitting at another table of others servers all of them on they phones. Waiting 20 min even order drinks and then another 10 to order food. Waited 30 minutes for food which wasn't even brought to me by my waitress. They did not bring half of the food and then I tried waving down my waitress for 10 minutes to get my food and she came over and said oh they didn't bring all your food and she takes her time to walk back to the kitchen and brings me the rest of my food which was cold and didn't even give me a chance to say anything about it because she never came back to the table I had to ask about her waitress that just happened to walk by to bring me my check. Worst experience I have ever had there. And when I went to leave and asked to speak to a manager I was told it would be 20 minutes befor I could speak to one.

Never again. We used to go to bww all the time but never again. Ordered carry out- the pepper jack steak melt looks like it’s in a tortilla the size of a taco not burrito. They don’t put sauce on the chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap they just put some in the tortilla and the Southwest Philly cheesesteak sandwich is on bread the size of a hot dog bun-and our bill was $36. Had to make more dinner at home because the servings were so small. We also paid 3.99 to have onion rings as a side in one- there were very few in the order and most were small. Total waste of my hard earned money.

Our food was okay, what we ended up actually getting. The service was terrible. Our server would just "drop off" refills and our food without speaking and just kept walking. If she would've taken a second, she would've noticed stuff was missing like cheese for our fries and toppings for our burger. We never had the opportunity to let her know the order was off. If our server spoke to us, she did it as she walked by, never once made eye contact, never once stopped to speak to us. Seemed like she didn't care. I noticed she did this to another table and they had the same looks on their faces.

After waiting we got seated, no waitress, no waiting staff . people around us got service...i finally asked the server walked passed by our table, I asked her if we have a server and she said yes but I can get your order when you guys are ready,so we ordered a traditional wings large and she gave us boneless wings supposed to in the menu, taste horrible, very salty! to me it looked like a little slice of chicken breast with thick breeding.....it seems like a lot of us had the same experienced, it was our first and our last. ..

The only reason we go to BWw is my grandson likes it. The place is always too loud, even when it's slow. Music blaring, tv's turned up too loud. Service has two speeds, slow, and slower. Ordered a bud select, got a bud light. Buffalo Chicken Wrap didn't have any sauce on it. Waitress disappeared like a magician. I've been to other BWW locations and have never had these problems, but the South County location is the pits. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the only person who feels this way.

Chicken is dry. Asked for it to be tossed in sauce and it was barely coated. Boneless wings are hard and dry also. Fries are oily & tasteless. Side dishes are bland

Horrible service...came in for lunch and they were not very busy... Waited over 30 minutes for appetizer to come out and over well over a hour for our food to come out...and our server acted like she had no clue on what was going on... not to mention she barley came around to see if we needed anything while we waited FOREVER for our food...

Just like most of the other complaints, service was terrible and slow. Went in for lunch and there was 1 table, took almost 10 minutes to get drinks and we placed our orders then...30 min later (and a total of 5 tables in the entire restaurant now) our server walked by and said the naked tenders take a while and it shouldn't be much longer, 15 more minutes go by and my husband gets up to talk to our server who makes eye contact and then avoids him and immediately sends a manager who proceeds to tell us the "naked tenders take a couple minutes" to which we responded "it's been 45??" ...she offered to take care of the drinks and then we left. There are better sports bars in the area that we will just visit from now on.

Where do I begin? If I could give a 0 I would but I’m leaving a 1 to the bartender that did nothing wrong in all of this serving us. First of all I will say is we have been coming to this location for 2-3 years sometimes 2x a week before the remodel. Tonight’s experience was the worst out of all of them. My husband and I came in to order dinner and after 45 min of waiting our server came over to tell us it would be 5-10 more min if we still wanted to wait because she could tell we were frustrated. That time had pasted and I went to the front to ask for a manager. It would be one thing if they were busy but they weren’t. Maybe 5 tables in the bar. We have came there during games or fights and have been served in half the timing. The manager said he will see what’s going on with our food and they are slammed with online orders � he said he was in the kitchen helping. 2-5 min later our food finally came out. At this point we weren’t really hungry but decided to take a few bites. Guess what??? IT WAS COLD!!! I’m pissed at this point so I asked the server/bartender for our bill for my husbands beer and my tea. She walks away and comes back and says my manager is going to take care of your bill �� my $8 bill...i feel flattered! On our way out I stop at the front desk to ask for a corporate number or owner of this location, the girls didn’t know so they had the manager come over. He told me they don’t have either but they have a GM I asked for a number to reach her and he says they don’t have one � What? I’ve worked in food and retail for 10 years, you have to be kidding me. I said well can I get a name and how to reach this person? He said Amanda and she should be in tomorrow at 8am. And then says sorry! Well Amanda.... I will be calling you or making a visit in the morning. This all happened between 830pm tonight!
