As if the view wasn’t enough, the menu is and service is great. Menu is simple yet inclusive enough for many breakfast and lunch tastes and some dietary restrictions. The espresso is always so good! Drink presentation is lovely. I really enjoyed the last couple of times I’ve had cappuccino “for here” on the weekend and received the sparkling water and chocolate covered coffee beans along with drink. Maybe a small gesture to some but the value added was a lot for me and made me feel like they take their coffee business even more serious than I knew them to. Only improvement I can think of are the potatoes, which lack much flavor and are slightly diff every time I go. And maybe adding outlets but I think that was a strategic move to not encourage people to be there allllll day so it is what it is on that. The staff smile and I enjoy latte art - especially in nondairy milk which I know is hard to create it.
Attractive and bright downtown coffee shop with a concise menu on the eastern edge of Citygarden. I ordered the avocado toast, which they made super fast. It seems like a popular place. Just outside are water features, sculptures, and additional places to sit.
I super love this place! It's beautiful. The drinks, food, and staff are all top notch. If you're bringing a laptop, be prepared for the lack of outlets. Everything else about this place is over 5 stars. I've been in several times, and I'm more than pleased with each visit.
I really loved the aesthetic of the place.. a literal glass house !! I had a power breakfast bowl paired with an iced black tea and I was surprised on how good the food was. The prices were definitely not unreasonable . If you’re looking for a good coffee/tea please this is the thing to please swing by.
This glass enclosed coffee house serves a variety of delicious cups and a serene view of the City Park. Indoor and outdoor seating lets you enjoy any kind of weather, where you want. Take time to enjoy.
I hadn't been to City Garden in several years before I decided to try out this cafe. Wow! This is easily one of the most scenic cafes in St. Louis. The all glass walls are amazing and there is a huge patio. I like the menu a little less than the CWE and DeMun locations (vegetarian sandwich options are lacking) but overall this location is incredible!
Beautiful location and great artistic sculpture. A place you would love to work while enjoying your breakfast 🍳 the sad part, it closes early 😭
Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee was good, muffins were moist and delicious. But, the venue was beautiful. Right on the park, lots of shade and tables outside. A great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. Give it a go.
Great coffee, DELICIOUS breakfast (vegetarian especially!), and really awesome service. Our barista comped our drink because they ran out of a dish we had hoped to order.
Great experience here today. They had 3 single origins for pour overs. The barista explained the tasting notes of the one I chose and was right on. The bfast plate was perfect. Couldn't tell if the side of jam was actually jam or salsa but it tasted equally good on the eggs and the toast. Was so good that I stayed for lunch and had a cold brew and a Cobb salad. Both were great and large portions for the cost. The staff was friendly and helpful and the patio was welcoming and well placed under the big shade trees of the park. Will definitely be back.
