J F Sanfilippo's Restaurant

Stopped in for dinner at the recommendation of the hotel staff, who told us we would not regret it. BOY WERE THEY RIGHT! The everything from the toasted ravioli to the entrees were out of this world delicious! Desserts were unbelievable. Crystal, our server was awesome. Great food, incredible service and relaxed atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience.

I want to thank this restaurant again. My daughter and I were visiting from Phoenix, AZ. We had come to IL to lay my Father’s ashes to rest. We decided on this establishment for dinner. We were by no means disappointed. Our server was excellent and attentive. We ordered Rib Eye steaks and I have to say the best I’ve ever had and I have dined in some very nice fine dining restaurants to know. I had to personally thank the Chef for our wonderful dinner. I will be back the next time I’m in St Louis. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all again for a fantastic and memorable dinner.

I play a game when I eat somewhere I haven't been before. I only eat what is recommended. This time I was rewarded with beef medallions with eggplant, marinara, and mozzarella. Side dish of rigatoni with a slightly spicy tomato sauce. Perfecto! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the meat was cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A really nice dining experience. Totally worth the slightly higher price. I liked it so much. I asked for my server to surprise me with a desert to take with me, but not tell me what it is. I cannot wait to crack it open and see. I'm very confident it will be too P notch.

A group of us were heading out for a lunch and the place we were going to was closed. Someone in the group suggested we try out JF Sanfilippo's since it was close by. WOW!!! This place was amazing! Reasonable priced, the food was delicious, and the servers and owner were super friendly. We started with toasted ravioli for an appetizer and then salads. I had the Ravioli di Pesci for lunch and looooved it. I can't wait to go back!

JF's is quite hidden, but quite worth the hunt. I discovered it via Hot Sauce and took my out-of-town brother for some quality dining. After giving our order, the owner came over to introduce himself. We talked for a few minutes, but when he learned I was parked on the street around the corner, he implored me to move into the attached garage and tell the attendant "Joe sent me." It worked like a charm and I was treated to some free, downtown, indoor parking. I took an elevator back to the restaurant. Not too shabby. We continued to experience excellent service throughout the evening, but before leaving the owner came by again to make sure not just the meal was satisfactory, but to make sure my brother was enjoying St. Louis. There's a guy who cares about his customers, I'll be back for sure.
