Always a great night out. First time at this location and it didn't disappoint! We're not vegan but wanted to try more plant based dishes so we got the vegan cheese and chocolate. Would definitely do those vegan courses again.

We went for my Birthday. We had great service, John was our server and he did a great job, the owner even stopped by our table to check on us. We had Wisconsin Brie to start, it was very good. We then had our salads, great, small house salad. My only complaint there, was the very limited choice of dressing, ranch or a house honey mustard, the was a strawberry, pecan red wine vinaigrette, none of which interested me. Our entree was a variety of meats. Shrimp, a couple of steak choices, pork and chicken. We used the chicken broth to boil the meat in and it was just disappointing, not much flavor and the seasonings that were on the meat came off while boiling. We ended with the flaming turtle chocolate fondue and it was very good along with the fruits, cakes and marshmallows. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. If I returned, it would be for the cheese or the chocolate only. Keep in mind whenever visiting The Melting Pot, you are cooking your own food at the table in a fondue pot. The cheese and chocolate are done by the waiter. You do have choices on the way you cook, broth, oil or grill.

Amazing food. Friendly staff. Kristine is hands down the best waitress we've had at either of the locations. We've been lucky enough to have her as a server a couple times. We usually dine on the ladies night special and it's always delicious. The teriyaki steak is sooo good. The ladies night usually has $5 drink specials and they never disappoint. They do a lot of different event specials ($27-$35, 4 course meals) with charities too, check out their calendar online for details. Sign up for promo emails and you'll get free chocolate covered strawberries for your birthday!
Plan on being here around 2 hours. This is not a quick dine, in and out kind of place. Don't forget to make a reservation in advance!

Me and a group of friends came here after climbing because of the good reviews. We showed up and they showed us to our seat. The menu was confusing and we were not sure how to order our entree. After some time, the waiter came to us and thoroughly explained how to order our meal. We started off with a cheese dip appetizer and it was amazing. Then our entree came. I order the Duck, Cajun chicken, and Cajun steak. That was absolutely delicious. Then we ordered our dessert which was a melted chocolate smores. I will admit, this was quite expensive and it took us by surprise. I would recommend coming here for a fancy date night.

Everything was amazing. Every single person was friendly, from the woman that took our reservation to the people bussing the tables. The experience is the best part, but the friendly atmosphere is what sold the whole evening. It was our first time there and everyone was more than helpful when it came to the extensive choices of food.

I used to love the melting pot, but to be completely honest, the portions have gotten small and the price keeps going up. Our server was a sweet girl, very friendly and she did a great job but other than the nice ambiance I can't find a reason to go somewhere where I we have to cook our own food and still leave hungry for that pricetag... :(
