Balducci's

Love this place and have been going since I was little (20+ years ago). I went back the other day and was amazed they had not changed a single piece of decor. The place smelled like smoke still from back in the day and the pizza was exactly as I remember. Love this place and will always be a fan of their delicious thin crust pizza.

It's hit or miss. Their pizza, meatballs, sandwiches, and salads are delicious. Their pasta was terrible. I ordered cannelloni and manicotti. I asked if they were stuffed fresh or came frozen and was told that they were frozen but assured that they were good. What I got felt microwaved. There was no sign of baking with the darkened sauce or crunchy ends to the pasta. it's totally different quality than what you get with their pizza.

Great service, great mom and pop type restaurant not a chain don't expect Flemings it isn't a Flemings but it is a great little place one of my new favorite places; love the deep dish pizza, wife loves their French onion soup and daughter loved the noodles, nice ambiance as well. Prices are very reasonable.

A new favorite, hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Loved the dark wood and light strings. Service was great and prices reasonable. Food tasted very good. Wife had the French onion soup, one of the few places she will order that soup as she prefers her homemade version. She loved it. Daughter had the kids spaghetti with red sauce which she also loved. We ordered extra apps as I wanted to stock up leftovers which I use for work lunches. The meat filled toasted ravioli was very good as were the onion rings. My piece de la resistance was the 10" deep dish pizza. Sausage and bacon. Their deep dish ranks up there with one I had in Chicago a year ago. This place isn't Flemings so don't expect that, it has a character all of its own and even our daughter said she'd come back again. Next time I will have to leave room for dessert!
