Nice homely place, liked the Cantonese fried rice.
We tried lemon chicken and the hot and sour chicken and i must say that the lemon was better than the hot n sour chicken.
Nice mango tofu.

Deliciously satisfying meal. We were on a layover and looking for some local cuisine to enjoy, something that can be difficult for out town vegetarians. Bamboo Bistro did not disappoint even with being exceptionally busy due to some international business gathering. Our compliments to the staff and thank you for the most enjoyable meal.

Eat here. We've lived across the street for the last 2.5 years. We probably got take-out from Bamboo Bistro over 100 times. Not once have we been disappointed. It's a little pricier than a lot of the Asian restaurants downtown, but you honestly get what you pay for. The servings are generous and the food incredibly tasty. It's not too salty like a lot of Asian places. And the service at the counter has always been phenomenal. Whether your new or a veteran customer, they're friendly and quick.

I travel to St Louis for a few days each month and this is one of my favorite stops. Lunch buffet is so so, but dinner meals are always great and never crowded.

Me and my wife ate here late in the evening. The server was quite attentive and kept us routinely posted as to when our orders would arrive. We ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls, crab rangoons, chicken lo mein and salt & pepper shrimp. The portions of the entrees were huge but a to go box was supplied with no fuss. The food itself was great. No complaints at all. And quite reasonably priced for the area. Would eat here again if were back downtown.

Great Experience. Their Tom Yum soup is to die for. It is HOT and can make the eyes watery, to the extent that you wonder if you are having a spiritual experience! If spices don't deter you, then it is a must. The serving is very substantial and makes a complete meal on its own.

Pricey. Great food with great service. It has a buffet with great food. Only issue is that it is a very pricey meal. It would be tough to eat this weekly but a great spot to hit up if you haven't had Chinese in a while.

Food on the buffet is super fresh and delicious! I love that they have a tofu dish on there every time. Service is quick, great for lunch.

Stopped in for a quick bite the other night. The restaurant is pretty decent sized with a full bar. It wasn't super busy but there was only one waiter so service was just a tad bit slow. I ordered the stirfried greenbeans with mixed meat. Asked for spicy but it arrived not spicy. They gave me some sriracha after so it was all good. The dish itself was cooked well with fresh ingredients. The sauce was just a bit too salty, but i ate it all. Overall a decent experience.

Great place to eat! Excellent buffet! Our party of eight was seated promptly and served well during our visit. Everything on the buffet is perfectly done. My personal favorite are the steamed vegetables. Highly recommended for lunch when you make a trip downtown during the week.

Best buffet in the area. It’s always busy for the lunch rush and for good reason. The price is great and the food is always coming out quickly to keep up with demand. The service is great too. They are quick to remove plates, refill drinks, and get you your check so you can eat on your lunch break without worrying if you’re going to make it back in time.

Was so happy to see this place back open. I have been wanting to try this restaurant since I moved downtown. I ordered the Shrimp spring rolls, Pan-fried pork dumplings and the Kung Pao Chicken. All of it was superb. I was very impressed with each dish. It was fresh and all were good sized portions. I highly recommend this gem. Will be going back again.

Excellent lunch buffet! Staff was friendly and kept my glass full. The peanut sauce was wonderful, almost the beat I've ever had. It was quick and easy, I would recommend this place for lunch. There was a good variety of dishes including several vegetarian options.
