Found this place on Zomato. We are in town for a basketball tournament and knew nothing about the burger scene in St. Louis. We do now! Stacked is off the hook awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were among the best I’ve ever had. I had the Burger Of The Month with fried green tomatoes and deviled egg spread. It was moist, tasty and just plain fabulous. The fries were excellent. Then the bourbon brownie desert was just epic. I highly recommend visiting this eclectic neighborhood and enjoying this little tasty spot.
Everything about the burger was outstanding - the moist and juicy grass-fed beef patty was cooked to a perfect medium. The fresh and tasty toppings such as the sautéed mushrooms and red peppers, the very fresh red onion slices, the thick cut smoked bacon and the thick slice of the pepperjack cheese all contributed to a wonderful overall taste of the burger. The spongy brioche bun that held together very well in what was a multi-napkin burger was the perfect choice, as well. And I would be remiss in not mentioning the spicy sriracha ketchup that was some of the best ketchup I've ever tasted. I think I just found a new favorite burger joint in St. Louis in Stacked.

Plenty of choices here, either a pre-themed burger or build your own. I chose build your own, they were out of the pork patty, so I had to settle for the 60/40 pork n beef patty, fontina cheese, bourbon maple bacon jam, bbq sauce, caramelized onions, crispy onions, pickled cucumber, bacon, and an egg! Messy and delicious! Parmesan and herb fries with house made honey mustard was also good!
I'm am eating here right now. Was told about this place by a coworker and I am glad I tried it! I ordered the Blt burger and it was outstanding! I ordered applesauce as a side and it was homemade almost as good as my moms! They have specialty burgers but if you don't want those you can build your own! They have a large variety of toppings, burger patties, sauces, etc. I highly recommend this place! I would say it rivals five star burgers.

What a cool idea , a check list to build your own burger.
The burgers are fantastic , the fries a bit to over done BUT you get so many that you can pick thur them and get the best.
This place fills up real fast at lunch but the crowd moves in and out just as fast.
Get there early to pick a choice seat.
The service is fantastic always someone filling the tea glasses and it's pretty good tea.
Our waitress is a fun girl always joking around and quite attractive.
She was always coming around checking on us making sure our lunch time adventure was a fun one.
This place is doing something right because not one person had any complaints and a lot of them left with extra food cuz they fill the pizza pans with plenty of fries and burger. and I'm a slaw lover and they have a pretty good slaw a bit different ...
We highly recommend you make the trip down too S.City and try this hidden treasure..

Awesome place to eat!!! We dined at the bar. Kim, the bartender was awesome. She was very knowledgable and helpful. Definitely a place to revisit or take friends who have never been.
Best burger I've found in St. Louis! I went with a group of 7, for lunch, and everyone loved their food.

Excellant burgers. We have been here a couple of times now and have not been disappointed. Absolutely try the burger of the month even if it sounds weird. It always seems to work.

Good Burger. What a cute little place in an unusual location. Loved the burger and fries but found the dill pickle bites too salty to eat. We like the beer selection also.
Great place. Nice clean restaurant/bar, and the burger was awesome! Love the way you order, just mark on the checklist what you want and hand it to the waitress/waiter. If you like burgers you need to try this place!
This place is so good. Really amazing! The Bbq nachos DONT WALK RUN! The chicken wings FIRE and they have good ranch and then burgers!!!! Like I said don’t walk RUN. They also have a cute art wall they give you pencils to draw with. A real nice vibe! Very Satisfied and I will for sure be back!
This burger place is really good. The location is in a declining neighborhood, but don't let that run you off. I'm not sure what's going on in that area with all the buildings boarded up and graffiti, but the restaurant is a hidden gem. Craft burgers with an option to even modify a little to your liking. We had Wetnap, 2x En Fuego's, a wakey wakey, and a kid's burger. We also had the fried pickles. The burgers were big and delivered on taste. They also have a bar here with tap options.
Delicious burgers!!! The toasted ravioli was awesome as well. Lexi, our server was phenomenal. She had a bubbly personality and she was very attentive. The area was a little suspect but the food was great. I would eat there again.
I wish I could remember the waitresses name. She was amazing at her job.

The atmosphere, the service, and the cleanliness of the establishment were great. There is a jukebox and tv playing in the restaurant.
My issue was with the Turkey burger I ordered. The patty had to be from the frozen food section in a grocery store. The burger was super dry, and the lemonade was weak. There definitely are costs for add ons if you really want to build your burger. $1 for cheese and 50 cents for sauces (bbq).
Hands down one of the best Burger Joints in STL. If you’re a STL native or just passing through, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not trying this place out. Great service, huge and delicious food, and what’s best is that the prices are reasonable. I mean just look at that burger! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed :)
We visited Stacked for the first time and it was a very positive experience! We choose to build our own burgers and did not regret it. We went right around 1:30 and there was no wait. The restaurant does have a wheelchair ramp and accessible seating. The food came out as exactly as ordered and the seasoning on the burgers and fries was well done. We ordered their sauces on the side (chipotle aioli and garlic aioli) and I would definitely recommend doing so, they were amazing. I will definitely be going back to Stacked for my burger fixes!
Absolutely an AMAZING restaurant. The burgers were so delicious, the french fries were hot and fresh and came in a mountain, and the salted Carmel brownie desert was one of the softest brownies ever. Great and quick service, very friendly and attentive staff all around!
This is probably the best burger place in the STL area. I got their well-known original burger called En Fuego. The flavors were incredible and the burger was cooked a perfect medium. The sweet potato fries were also on point and I liked the spicy catchup on the table. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful, so I’m not sure what these other bad service reviews were talking about. I can’t wait to go back and check out some of the other specialty burgers.
I started with a diet lucky fountain soda and a side ceasar, which had nice flavor, but was a bit over dressed. Fresh croutons were tasty. I did the Create your own Burger. They have a pad of paper order forms and pencils at each table. I ordered my burger medium well, and it was a tad overdone on both mine and my partners burgers, but the meat was so fresh that it still tasted great. Regular Fries and sweet potato fries were well cooked and seasoned appropriately. Service was a bit slow to greet us but everyone was friendly and it is a nice environment. There is street parking. Inside is clean and there was no wait time for seating when we arrived around 1230pm. It just took a couple minutes for them to notice we came in. We saw another party waiting to be greeted in the same fashion as we left. We will return and recommend. The fried pickels are usually on our order if you dig that, we just skipped today and went ceasar salad instead. Cheers.
