A must stop when we are in the city, the sandwiches are incredible. The meatball sub is so good, seasoned perfectly and although I'm normally not a fan of provel cheese it's really good combined with the sauce/spices that they use . The people who work here are so friendly and Adrianna was so sweet /chatted with us while our order was being made. It's obvious that there is a lot of pride, hard work and love put into this sandwich shop..one of the many incredible restaurants on the Hill it never disappoints.

This place is amazing. Everyone that works here is very welcoming. I frequent for lunch because it is truly one of the best lunch spots in STL and the food is always too notch. If it is busy- the wait is worth it… but it is smart to arrive before 11 if you can! Favorite sandwich- the Sunny add turkey slices. All the soups. All the sides. Adriana’s Salad. Meatball sandwich is best Ive had. You will not be disappointed.

I liked the Italian beef soup due to its rich ingredients (pasta, cheese, veggies) - a standout compared to the typical watery, salty soups that restaurants serve. The meatball sandwich had soft bread and great meatball texture. I decided to be ambitious and try the Gorgonzola beef sandwich. Although it was tasty, the amount of blue cheese was overwhelming for me. Lastly, the service was pleasant and quick although the line reached the door.

Had the pasta special with salad. Word to the wise, if you want soup don’t wait so late in the day. Campanella pasta covered in sweet spaghetti sauce also had salsiccia sausage on top. Mild fennel taste to sausage. Overall good food.

Nothing beats juicy roast beef between 2 pieces of garlic cheese bread. Yeah, that's Mary! Add a side salad with that scrumptious house dressing, and it'll have your taste buds buzzing.

Excellent food. I love the menu, but I’m a dinner order out and grab, and this is the best ever Italian cuisine with that real good, and sweetish gravy/red sauce…
… & the beef is better than any corporate joint, and almost as good as a Chicago beef almost better due to the lovely taste, not too much sodium. Perfectly melted hot with cheese and AU everything
