This Dunkin always has great service, and the food is usually on point as well. Today I placed my mobile order (how I always do it) twice by accident. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of, even though it was a mistake made by me, and not the establishment. All in all, they made the experience that much better by being polite and respectful when sorting out the issue. For that, as well as the other reasons above, I give 5 stars!

This place is short staffed, and everyone working was incredibly kind and they aren’t being paid enough for what they do every shift. I’m very grateful for the staff making my day a good one

First time to buy from this Dunkin. Came in at 30 mins before closing time and the cashier/staff was already cleaning up the place. She seemed tired to see me come in 30 mins before closing but when she went to the register to take my order, I was greeted by a very nice countenance. I know what it’s like to work long hours and so I appreciate what she did for me tonight. Didn’t get her name but kudos to her!

They are always fast and always get my order correct. The poor employees are used to being slammed and hustling to get it all done. On more than one occasion I have seen customers be terribly rude to them. Good job guys/gals, and thank you!
