Subway

The only good employees are the old man and the taller son. Always have great service with these too. On the other hand, and old wench and the little son are not good people. Went to the store today and got yelled at for trying to correct my girlfriend order. Started to make a scene so they got all the customers attention. Talk about not being professional.

7 pm on a Wednesday...absolutely no one in the store. As I'm walking in the younger man takes a HUGE online order and starts and finishes that before even taking my order. I literally wanted a 6 inch sub and had to wait for him to make 3 or 4 subs. He couldn't have made my order in between that order? No one was in the store....I waited for 10 minutes and walked out.

This place is run by one crazy messed up family. I’ve had countless issues with these people and it’s actually shocking at how much they don’t care about their customers. It’s the only place in town to get food so they get plenty of tourists regardless of how they treat people. It’s family run so they basically do whatever they want. I’ve had the mother scream at me for asking about pricing. She said I should know the prices before I order and proceeded to lose her mind. There are two sons that work here. The younger one is normal and respectful for the most part. The older son however has an attitude. I ordered a sub online that was made incorrectly and was horrible. When approaching the older son to have it remade correctly he got extremely aggressive and told me to find a different subway. Talk about unprofessional to say the least. Losing a daily customer over a mistake that they made in the first place is laughable. I can go on for days. The fact of the matter is that they’re family owned so they’re ok with doing whatever they want since they can get away with it.

Ordered a salad online. Went to pick it up. It wasn't what I ordered and the woman who works there made a huge deal out of it. Embarrassed me in front of other people in the restaurant.made me feel horrible. I left without my salad. They will no longer have any business from me or my family. Very unprofessional!!
