Reviews of Firehouse Subs

Check your order before leaving. Made this mistake too many time & got home to find all sandwiches were wrong. Other than that, it's a decent firehouse subs. Update: The potato soup tastes like someone crushed up all the peppercorn they could get their hands on & threw it in indiscriminately, it was gross I didn't eat it beyond tasting.

What happened to this place ?! We use to love coming here & the subs were always delicious! Tonight, it was disappointing. It was not busy in there at all. Our subs were very sloppy and definitely not the normal standard for presentation or the amount of meat you use to put in the subs. My husband asked for mayo and cheese only but it seemed they either put mustard on it or used the same knife as a previous sub that did have mustard. Sadly, we probably won’t be back.

Kind of disappointed on my visit. This restaurant used to serve delicious sandwiches. My NY steamer was not warm and the corned beef was very very dry and hard. The bread was also so dry and hard that it crumbled. I have never had to wait so long for a sandwich. The staff was very friendly and busy, apparently making online orders as there was not that much business there. For a Saturday around 130pm. Noticed one worker eating in the sandwich line. Went to wash up before I ate my food and BOTH soap dispensers were not working in the mens room. 1 empty and the other non operational. I contemplated a complaint to the manager but people started to come in and I didn't want to hold up the line and make anyone wait longer than they had to as it takes a looooong time to get your food. Especially for the price they charge. 😕

I've never had anything negative to say until today. The manager (I assume) walked out to tell my husband and I that we were not allowed to sit at the patio table because we were not waiting on a sub. We weren't bothering her customers in anyway. We were not using the wifi or smoking. So I think that was really rude!! Just trying to get out of the sun for a few minutes. I'd rate zero starts if I could

Great subs, clean, for the first time, I walked in this restaurant and. Nobody said ( welcome to firehouse), it took 6 minutes or more for and employee to say how may I help you when I was standing at the counter 🙂, next another customer came in and no one said welcome to firehouse. I was so disappointed on April 11, 2022 approximately 5:15 pm.

The food here is always awesome. The store is always clean because they’re always cleaning whenever they have a moment. Another reviewer mentioned that they are not wearing masks while they’re working and it’s true. Seems a little odd they would be especially with the Covid cases going up like crazy again. I got on this visit A large turkey sub and split it with my daughter. And still we both couldn’t finish it.
