Very clean and modern atmosphere. Very nice service too. I didnt think the bagel sandwich or the coffee tasted that great though, not because they were made incorrectly but just because they didn't seem like the best recipe or something

Today I stopped by because Panera was out of plain bagels... I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and waited for at least 20 minutes. The man in front of me had been there even longer and I got my bagel before he did. Great sandwiches but service was slow.

Bell dinged when we walked in. We stood and waited at the counter for awhile. The staff member that finally appeared from the kitchen just stared at us, did not greet us, did not apologize for the wait-- she looked disappointed that we were there. She came to the counter and took our order. Order was heard wrong, not verified, and we weren't offered a receipt to be able to check. Food was good, but a little unnerving to feel so resented for stopping for a breakfast sandwich.

We got our food in 5 minutes and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Regular fries were too salty so if they ever read this I'd hope they'd improve that. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Tried another burger too and it was also amazing. "Blended burger" and the 2016 burger battle winner "Double barrel burger".

Great bagel sandwiches! Usually only one person working so sometimes the service is a little bit slower but don't let that deter you! Super reasonably priced and they have the best breakfast downtown.

The food is fine, not up to the usual gusto of other BABs. The thing that turned me off the most was the woman working. She was on her cell when I came in. Then I had to wait for her to stop messing with the papers at the register before I could order. She wouldn't look at me, mummbled questions to me as she was walking away, and general lack of decent customer service. After she had made my food, she went back in her cell. I felt the need to apologize for being an inconvenience.

Bagels are great, staff is nice but incredibly slow. During peak business hours, regularly there is only one staff member working- taking orders and cooking. Don't recommend stopping here if you're in a hurry.

Too much cream cheese, and the bagel bottoms have a salty, almost sweaty taste to them. Also, there are better places in that part of town to get sandwiches (better quality, equal or lower prices).
