Zero stars. Unreal experience tonight. They made me wait, then finally took my order, and told me they'd have my total at the window. Only one car in front of me but it took at least 15 minutes to get there. Once I got there they tried to charge & give me someone else's order because my order..... never even came through. So after about 20 minutes of this disaster I left empty handed and went to the new Hardee's at the Loves gas station. Absolutely perfect experience. I'll save time and go there in the future instead.

Waited almost 30 minutes for food for 2 people,and paid almost $35. Apologies were given upon receiving food,and excuse was they had a new cook?! Christ,could went to Applebee's and oaid the same for much better food,service and quicker

The food is usually very good. Unfortunately, the drive through takes way too long. This is not FAST FOOD.

Today my husband went in to pick up food. The drive thru line was long and he noticed people getting frustrated and leaving. He went inside to order and noticed only three employees working. People should have more patience. I have worked in food service before and NEVER have I been on a 3 person team running a restaurant. To the people working today (April 17th) you are all rockstars.

Fast food but better served than your average places, great service and always warm food! Always great tasting inexpensive specials! Beer cheese bacon fries are awesome!
