Taco Bell

They were extra friendly today, the line was a little slower, but the woman taking the orders and at the window, was EXTREMELY nice and explained that they had some new people training, even gave us some coupons to make up for it. Hope others see how friendly they are being despite the challenges! Tacos looked great, good job to the newbys too!!

On May 7th we stopped at the St Clair Taco Bell. We ordered 5 taco supremes and 2 cheese roll ups. There were only 4 tacos and they did not have tomatoes on them. The guy at the window ignored us and when we finally got his attention he said they would get us our other taco. I explained we wanted all 5 tacos supremes. He suggested giving us tomatoes on the side or to pull up and wait. I asked to speak yo a manager which is when Beth came to the window. She was very rude like we did something wrong. We just would like the food we ordered. She gave an attitude and slammed the window. When our new tacos came I asked for the managers name. Neither of the guys at the window knew their own managers name. They call her over again and Beth the manager advises she does not care if I report her and that I am on camera. I did nothing wrong and advised she was on camera and that I would be reporting this. The quality of food and service was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Customer service and common courtesy should be taught to the manager Beth who was working at 10pm last night.

Unknown female walks in off the street, not dressed in Taco Bell uniform, goes right to the backline, handling food, don't know if hands were washed before doing this, hair flying everywhere,. Don't know if it was made for herself or customers. Workers let her do this, did not stop her. Is this a new self service at Taco Bell? Come on in and make your own food?
