Taco Bell

This store usually creates a gotdita for me instead of a chalupa. Occasionally they won't do it. I spoke to Joan, the " store manager " and she said there is no price change, and I used to work for taco bell so instead of frying it, you grill it for less time... So her only reason is because they don't " sell it ". But you can't sell a chalupa made special either??? Because of this she gave me three hardest cheesy potatoes I've ever had. Bottom of the barrel... Smh. Wonderful customer service. She tried to hurry me at the menu box after our disagreement ( and I was polite with lots of questions ) when I had to look at the menu and decide. This taco bell is horrible. My hard tacos are also squished or broken. I'll be going farther out from now on. I recommend the same! Horrible restaurant for a rich area. Lol. Decent Taco Bell, been here 3 times total. Each time the place was dirty, but this last time was ecspecially dirty. Floors had food all over them. The rug at the counter was really bad! But the worst things were the windows, and the soda machine. Look like they haven't been washed in a long time. Food was pretty typical of all other taco bells. Bathroom was good. Condiment counter was full and clean. Napkins and straws were also full. Female working the counter was friendly and sweet. Good place, but dirty. Hard to tell in the pictures, but the glass and floor were bad.
