Order extra cheese, get less than normal. Order fire sauce for 4 tacos and get 2 packets. Really? I don’t know why tacos have to be this difficult. On top of preparing them wrong I’m 13.00 in for tacos lol.

This place used to be great, but now they keep all the sauce packets and napkins behind the counter. Whenever you order food there they never give enough sauce packets. Also the food and customer service has gotten a lot worse. The employees don't seem to care about making the food correctly anymore. When making the food, they make mistakes and never fix them or offer to make a new order if a customer has a problem with it. They just don't care anymore. As a result of this I quit going to this taco bell and now I go to the one in Batavia. The Taco Bell in Batavia is way better than this one.

I’m just gonna say about the Mexican pizza that this just came out with. It should be illegal to call Mexican pizza it’s not even a pizza. It’s an insult for Mexican culture it’s not a pizza is garbage. Is a Crispy tortilla not a pizza, it’s like me saying American burger but instead of the bread put the tortilla.

Sad :( just paid 18$ for 2 crunchwraps, a white hot ranch burrito and 2 chips and cheese. I asked for NO MEAT and to sub for POTATOES but both crunchwraps contained beef! Really sad to have spent that much money on fast food that my boyfriend and I can’t eat.

Lady at the drive thru asked me to review and the food was out fast and correct...4 stars because the food is the same thing dressed up in different ways, it all tastes the same

The quality of the food was very fresh and the girl that was running the drive thru was very nice I highly recommend going here compared to all the other ones

After standing behind another customer for 5min, cashier walked off. Never returned, after 10min girl working drive threw noticed me still waiting at counter. Told me to use the kiosk. Kiosk card reader didn't work. Walked out. So tired of being treated as a problem by this chain. May never go to another taco bell again.
