Mcdonald's

Service is soooo slow just left the drive through a minute ago .Buying a car would of been much faster. The people working here don’t even communicate with you they look like 16 year olds barely learning. They forgot my drink didn’t give me any napkins and my Buffalo sauce was already half way opened and it splatted all over my other food in the bag. Someone needs to take action here because this is ridiculous.

Uhhh I got a large....water? Maybe im not sure what it is. Instead of Root Beer. On my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to turn around and get it fixed. I dont go to this McDonald's often so i can't say this always happens here but mcdonalds in general messes up single drink orders so often it amazes me. Also the lady shut the window so fast I barely had a chance to say thank you she was definitely not happy to be there, but I cant say I blame her lol. But I'm very friendly to people because I also work customer service...so it irks me a bit when I dont receive that friendliness back. Oh well. Was this review too much? I'm just annoyed and having low blood sugar. Thats what the root beer was for.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Food was ok, got 4 napkins for 3 people to eat, asked for more and got attitude. Place looked horrible, pop every where, tables not cleaned and dirty. Said something about it and manager told me, I should come get a job there if I have a problem with it. Place wasn't business at all. Manager was even swear at me. Ronald may want to check the management working here cause the west side of stc never looks like this!!!!

I never leave reviews but sometimes I think you have to in order to maybe get changes. This McDonald’s consistently get orders wrong is very slow and I don’t think their employees take orders are trained properly. There’s been too many times account that I have to repeat my order at least five times and I go to the window and they still get it wrong. I don’t like that but the food is not consistent and it seems to be never hot.
