The food was sad, the food was short on what I ordered, like missing a beef burrito. I don't have time to come back and clear up mistakes. I use to love Taco Bell on 5th street Stc. Mo.

Food tasted good, but the place is filthy and unfinished (they've had unpainted drywall up for several months...?), and despite at least five employees in the kitchen service is ridiculously slow and inaccurate.
Easily the dirtiest Taco Bell I've been in.

Don't let the name on the building fool you. This is a lab that servers experimental "food" that tastes exactly how Home Depot smells. Try the "Crunch Wrap." It's almost food.

Went on a Tuesday (1/5/21) around noon and they ran out of food and needed 30 mins. This would have been no big deal but this is a bad location. It was bad when it was KFC/Taco Bell and is still bad despite the reopen. Drive thru line always takes forever even when not busy and the staff are rude. Food taste isn't too bad but it's not worth wasting time at this location. I've been to this location at least ten times last year or so and it's always something.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. Waited over 20 minutes in parking lot for pickup order. Was finally brought out but missing items. Guy said he had to go back in and get. Waited another 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. Wouldn’t have wasted so much time waiting if I hadn’t already paid online. See other reviews. Not a one-off experience and Taco Bell doesn’t seem to be doing anything to resolve.

Not sure why the staff was so rude. They demanded I come in to get my order and gave me no explanation why, ignored my question and basically threw the food at me. It wasn't busy in fact I was the only car there... I see why now.

We ordered from here for the first time today as the Droste location wasn't accepting orders and the food was so cold that the cheese rollups were rock hard so of course our kids weren't going to eat them, and the chips were bitter, sour, and rancid. Something is seriously wrong with this location, that was a wasted $30.
