5am the guy taking my order couldn't even say good morning, interrupts me while ordering to tell me to go to window when I wasn't even done ordering... guy couldn't use my card right. And just so rude I couldn't explain to use the tap cuz he kept sliding and inserting and beating up my card. So upset about this.... so I went to the other Duncan on rt. 38.. the girl was so nice and pleasant... never using that Duncan and telling everyone to avoid this one... and to the rude worker. I get up every day at 3am for work and respect people... learn that.

Service was fine. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese; they were very cheap with the cream cheese. Also, tried to order a dark roast coffee and was informed they only carry regular and decaf.

Disappointed, first time that I have not been able to eat what I ordered. The bagel tasted like straight plastic. I couldn't even choke it down, but the garbage enjoyed it.
Frozen chocolate on a minor note was good but missing the chocolate drizzle.
I do always order ahead but this time the order wasn't ready and I had to sit and wait, no one else was in the store.

Order was messed up 4x in one morning. Everyone was nice trying to resolve the issues, but it was time-consuming having to go back for missing and wrong items.

Wondering why 2 -14 year old employees are running the place with no adult supervision? And have to close the pace down so now 14 yr old can do the money drops at end of night. With crime the way it is, it seems as if this place doesn’t care for their welfare.

Good fast service with quality fresh products. I usually go to the dunkin on lincoln highway but the lobby is never open and the drive thru takes forever because it has 30 cars in it so I come here and get my breakfast fast and the lobby is open.
