I entered the store with my 2 children and I was Promptly asked to take a seat and wait. There is a group of 3 other customers sitting at the table also waiting. The customers told me that the worker was not there and should be returning. They Had already been waiting for 15-20 minutes. I figured she would have to be back soon so I walked up to their display to pick donuts with my 2 Kids. I was told to sit down I said "no I'm picking out my donuts with my kids."
Then the woman bagged up my 3 donuts but could not check me out because I did not have cash I needed to use my card. She didn't know how to use the register. I waited at least another 10 minutes and then finally walked out. How do you run a business leaving an employee in the store who cannot make a latte or complete in order. I'm glad I did not wait longer after reading some of these reviews. I would have been really upset being charged 70 cents on my $4 worth of donuts.

Stopped by this morning to try it out. I love donuts and have strong opinions about them. Dimple Donuts has fresh made in house donuts. I really like the Apple fritter, just wish it was a little bit bigger. They also have excellent old fashioned/buttermilk donuts and a very good jelly donut. I highly recommend this place.

I rarely give poor ratings. I was so excited to see this cute looking donut place open up here. Privately owned donut shops that are alternatives to typical grocery store, bakery or dunkin donuts are not very common. So I was excited. I walked in and the place was half done being completed, empty rooms with tables just scattered about. All despite being open for a while now.
Their menu is incorrect, the 'apple fritter' was not good and the donuts were not very special.
I may come back here someday to see if things changed but right now, I don't think I'll be going back here. Even if I'm local.

Been driving past this for a few weeks and finally had a chance to stop. Verdict: it was alright, but rather disappointing, certainly nothing to shout about. We had a buttermilk old-fashioned donut, a standard chocolate frosted cake donut, and an apple fritter. Everything tasted similar to the fare in other local shops--they were too sweet, had a gummy texture, and seemed to be made from a packaged mix of some sort. They were better than Dunkin, of course--but no great honor that, given how DD has gone downhill over the years. When I think of some of the great donuts I've had in TX, CA, and in the South; and the great pastries I remember from the old-fashioned bakeries in the Chicago area (which are fast disappearing), I'm increasingly convinced that in the Chicago suburbs--by comparison--the donut is dead...

Tldr: go down the street for better donuts and coffee.
The owner has not given Kathy the tools she needs to adequately run this location. She was the only one working a Sunday morning so the line would come to a standstill if someone asked for more than donuts.
The donuts were disappointing. They taste like the fry oil hadn't been changed recently. The coffee is weak. And they don't have much(any) of the advirtised smoothie and tapioca.
Overall, will not return

The original Batavia store has a good following and service. This one not so much. As I was getting out of my car to get donuts for our office there was a mom unbuckling her little kids. Went to the door only to find they are closed. As I was returning to my car saw the mom finally ready to take her kids inside and had to break the bad news to her so she could load them back in and find another place. I instead went to Panera less than a mile east. Passed 3 other donut shops along the way. Go to Bosa Donuts. Good donuts and always open.

I stopped by for the first time and the clerk was very friendly. I had a coffee and bought my grandson a yummy strawberry donut. I noticed there were some extras in the bag. How sweet! Yep, I’ll be back when a craving calls for the kids.😆

Great doughnuts and coffee. The woman working was very kind and just a fun person to talk with.
