Tonight was it, I've gotten take out every Friday night for myself and my family for 3 years. It was our tradition and we loved it. Vino Thai has changed big time. The food is still great ... When they get it right, but management is horrid. Servers are super nice and are doing everything great! But the last 5 times I've waited 2hours for my food and was told, well that's the way it is. The manager has no idea what he's doing and is rude. The bartender can make drinks but just looks confused. At least 5-10 people cancelled their orders after me tonight due to the poor management. I've worked in restaurants for 20+ years, I understand how they work , run and fall. If they don't fix their management systems they are going to lose a ton of business and fast. Were done and were so bummed, but rude management is where I draw the line.

This place has great food but is managed absolutely terribly. Tonight was the last time for me. Placed a call ahead order at NOON for food to be ready 6.5 hours later at 6:30pm. Guess who’s food wasn’t ready until 7:25pm? 🙋🏼‍♂️ Edit: food received at 7:32pm. I was told at 7:17pm they were packing the order, guess that takes 15 MINUTES?!
