Rosciglione Bakery

The Italian treats at Rosciglione are perfect. The bakery is clean and bright and the staff are so friendly. I can't help but but a huge box of cookies every time I go because the variety is amazing. I've ordered cakes and was so impressed. The chocolate cake was moist and rich in flavor. I'll keep going back!

My family has used this bakery since it opened for the traditional Italian Log Cake for birthdays and Christmas. It saddens me to say that this year when my husband picked up 2 log cakes for my surprise birthday party .and he got them back to the City, both cakes had split in half and slid . Thinking he could repair it himself he put it in freezer until it hardened and he was going to try as and piece it back together. Well needless to say that didn’t work and the party was without a cake. The truly disappointing factor though was when I called in the morning to discuss the issue and spoke with the rudest individual who took no responsibility For the ruined $180 worth of cake that USED to be my family’s traditional favorite Then 2 weeks later at a family Christmas party the Log Cake was served and was terrible. I write this review to warn others that this cake used to be the best cake in St Louis has sadly become a very expensive pastry that isn’t worth the time it too yo pick up
