Subway

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. First and foremost the worker didn’t know how much meat goes on a 12” sandwich. I asked for 4 pieces of turkey instead of 8 and I was told it came with only 4 pieces, so the management really needs to train their employees on what goes on a sandwich and the amount. Second in the middle of making the sandwich the employee began to ring the order on the register and didn’t change her gloves when I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyes at me. Being a former subway employee i definitely think this place either needs new staff or a better training.

I will never eat here. I went to order a sandwich. The manager came up after wiping down the register he didn’t wash his hands. He grabbed one of the white papers that they make the sandwiches on with his bare hand and laid it on the counter. Then he pulled some used plastic gloves out of the pocket of his pants and put them on his hands. Just gross! I told him never mind, that I had changed my mind and no longer had the stomach to eat there. He is lucky that I wasn’t an inspector.

I went to the Veterens memorial Location tonight around 7 and when I walked in there was nobody behind the counter. After several minutes and me making noise a young man and a young lady appeared from the back looking disheveled. They made my sandwich in record time, I paid and before I was even out the door the two of them ran back to the back room. Seriously, the two couldn’t wait to make out or have sex until they were off work? I won’t be going back.
