If you’re looking for good food and great customer service this is not the place for you. Imagine working all day and craving your favorite food to get home to disappointment. I placed an order over the phone and asked for hot braised chicken. The women who answer the phone said they don’t have that but they do have general Tso chicken which is supposed to be hot and spicy. I told her I’ll try it as long as it hot and spicy as she rushed me with my order. I stay 15 mins from the establishment. I checked my order to make sure everything was in there but what I should’ve done was check my chicken to see if it was hot. The chicken was nasty and it was sweet not hot at all. I was not satisfied with this food especially for the amount I paid. I called and the same women tells me to come get a cup of hot sauce. I was in disbelief that she told me to come get a cup of hot sauce. Of course I disagree with that and she hung up on me. I called back and she tells me I don’t have time to go back and forward with you and said come get the hot sauce if you choose. This is my second and last time going to this place. But if you value good customer service and your money don’t go here.

Food was good but the lady at the desk is sooo rude she was huffing and rolling her eyes and even mumbled OMG because SHE wasn’t Understanding me then I asked If special fried rice had bean sprouts and she said yea I asked Her to remove them from my order that I placed Not even 2 minute ago she just had a nasty attitude. I wont Be returning I she made me so uncomfortable.

Food is good and always ready in a timely manner. Lady who works the front isn't exactly kindhearted and she regularly yells at staff. Green china was our favorite American Chinese food game in town. But recently noticed that they added their own tip to our bill without saying anything and it was 50% of the total bill and we cash tipped them as well, like we normally do. Now we're not sure how long this practice has been going on. I recommend them, Good food. but pay cash or check your bill for accuracy.

Average time for single take-out order is 10-15 minutes, even if they are busy. Food quality is very consistent, and portions are big enough for 2 meals. Dining room is pretty basic, but most people seem to do take-out anyways. Access from First Capitol is a bit of a pain, since you can't make a left into the strip mall.
