The best Dunkin' location. Always fresh and super friendly staff. They are busy but have good managers so the orders come out quick. One could only wish that every Dunkin' was like this one.

I had an issue with my order at this Dunkin and contacted support, The owner was extremely nice to me and my issue was resolved the same day! I just want to give credit where it is due and say please keep giving this Dunkin your support because they deserve it! Ive never had a company treat me with such respect and amazing support. This is probably the only Dunkin’ in the area that you can count on to be consistent in st Johns county and even south Jacksonville really. Donuts always taste fresh and staff never mess up our orders.

The one of 16 by the outlets wouldn't let us in and even didn't look at us at the door. So rude so we went to this one by Murabella a d the people there were so nice!!!!! We were so happy to be served nicely.

Staff in the morning is always friendly and fast. Drinks so far (maybe 4 years now) have been correct and tasty . Haven't had a problem at this location. Afternoon staff needs a little help. But it's mostly young adults that a learning so I'm don't fault the store for that. I will continue to visit this location!

wow.. absolutely unacceptable behavior. this is actually crazy i went in and I'm treated harshly and forced to pick so many donuts. like I'm a slave or something, it is atrocious. Kathrine was so mean to me and i will never be coming again unbelievable. so so unbelievable. gosh, and then Mr. Matthews was being so mean to me after Kathrine made me feel like a slave, he made me pick 30 donuts, I COULDNT EAT THE DONUTS I POOPED SO MUCH. And then he made me pay in cash, I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the end of the world. Worst dunkin not only that ive ever been to, but in the whole universe.

Excellent experience! Staff is wonderful and the Best Latte I've had in years! Was made perfectly and didn't have to add any sugar or cream to it, like I do at other places... but I wont mention names...lol
So Thank you Dunkin Donuts for a wonderful experience!
