My favorite beach spot of all time. You know it’s good when all the service industry staff go there before their shifts starts. Highly recommend the fresh squeeze lemonade before walking a block down to the beach. If you wanna score points with the lifeguards bring them a round too!

Do not be deterred by the food poisoning review! This place is super high quality, clean food. After looking for plant based food on google, I came across Stir It Up. I saw the review that someone had recently posted claiming food poisoning. I almost did not come but I am so glad I did! Seeing the owner's respectful, thorough response is what pushed me to go see for myself. The food here is amazing and handled with such care. The ingredients themselves are clean and pure. I have a very sensitive system and have to eat plant-based and dairy free. This menu is not only clean but also very flavorful which can be hard to find with plant based food! I ordered a few things and ate them over a few meals and everything was amazing, tasty and flavorful. The homemade dressing is out of this world and makes every dish on the menu come alive! Thank you Stir It Up management for your wonderful response to the man either mistakenly or falsely claiming food poisoning. Your response and the many other great reviews was the reason I came in. The community will continue to support your food! And thank you to Cara, for helping me walk through the menu during my first visit last week when I didn't know what to get. I will definitely be back soon!!

Great place. Great food. Great people. Great vibe. Had the Pita Tosh and it was awesome. Walk up to order. There are a few tables on their porch but mostly take out. Great if you have your dog with you. Water bowl available and treats given.

What a fun place to grab a bite before or after the beach. I had the breakfast burrito and it was amazing. Lean turkey sausage with chunks of avocado, cheese and salsa. It was huge! Kept me going all the way to dinner time.

I've been visiting Stir it Up since 2000! Even though owners have chaged, the quality and service has remained. Will always get the chicken salad sublime and natural mystic smoothy. 23 years and wouldnt change a thing!
