Reviews of Redfrog & Mctoad's

Stopped in here around noon on a Sunday and it was busier than I was expecting. When we arrived the host told us that they were in the process of switching from breakfast to lunch service and so that it would be about 20 minutes or so before food would be ready. This didn’t matter to us and I appreciated the heads up which ended up being spot on. I ordered the shepherd’s pie which was pretty good. My fiancé had fish and chips which was also very good, especially the fries. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Though there weren’t any games on while we were there, I could tell it seems like a good place to watch one and grab a drink.

Not busy with great atmosphere. Not their fault as they are short staffed (just like everyplace else) service was a little slow; however, it did not bother us as we were not in a hurry. Soft, 80's best hits playing in the back ground. Waitress was pleasant even though she is obviously overworked. Food was delicious and beer was ice cold. If you are looking for a laid back meal and aren't in a hurry, I would definitely recommend. If you are in a hurry try someplace else. My wife's and I will be back.

We had a very friendly host and waiter named Ian who gave terrific service! The food was hot, super delicious and quick, especially for how busy it was as it's spring break time. Not to be missed! The N.E. and Minorcan clam chowder were incredible! Plus, it's called Redfrog and McToads, why wouldn't you go? 😀

On girls day we would see the Red Frog and Toad heading to St. Augustine so we finally stop the atmosphere was a pub style air with sports team paraphernalia. The menu had alot of irish style food I had a burger that was done to my perfection and there cocktails read delicious. Our service was wonderful thank you to the server and cook for an amazing lunch.

I gave service five stars because they only had two waitresses working, one on each side and the one on our side was working the bar also. The food was good, decent portions and cooked appropriately. Nothing spectacular but good food. The atmosphere? It's a sports bar. Beers on tap are basic selection. All in all, if I'm nearby at lunch or dinner time I'd stop in again but not a go out the way to get there place.

A great little coastal restaurant with a pub feel. We had just finished our first day on the beach and did not want to travel far, Red Frog was only a couple miles from our condo. The staff was very friendly and all of our order came out extremely fast which was very much appreciated . Would highly recommend. We ate there for dinner so the lunch menu might be different.

First time! Honestly I was expecting a long wait for our food. Due to the help needed sign. To our surprise they did a great job! 4 meals in no time! Coconut shrimp, liver an onions, lobster Mac and Cheese and fish tacos. All yummy! 4⭐️ because the waiter forgot our appetizer but he did bring it out at no charge, late. Still, I'd go back for sure!

Comfortable, casual and relaxing. I know they seem like odd words for a restaurant/sports bar. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. All different pro and college team memorabilia all throughout the restaurant, which makes everyone feel comfortable. We’ve had breakfast here and it was wonderful. We came back tonight for the thin crust meat lovers pizza. It’s amazing. Try it if you have the opportunity!

Well, There is a coupon for $40.00 off if you send them $20.00 which we did. I'm very happy it cost us only 6.49 Because we couldn't eat the meal. While the server's (Gretchen is one) were great and they tried to run the business by doing everything themselves. (you know the deal, No one wants to work ) they did a phenomenal job. Place was very crowded and we had to wait 15 min. for a table. FOOD: If you know me you will know that I make a bad southerner. I cannot like, will never like, could never stand smoked anything. If you like smoked ribs I DO suggest you try them. See pictures below So I couldn't eat my food. My husband had coconut shrimp. Not only that it didn't taste it, when we bite into it was so dried out, it didn't taste like shrimp Just fried fry. BUT, The appetizers were delicious. Fried string onion rings, sweet potato fries with cinnamon. Wonderful coleslaw. AND it is a very nice restaurant and pub. Flat screens everywhere. Friendly atmosphere, super nice server's. I do suggest going here for your own preference. P. S.: The ribs did not have the bourbon or regular sauce because again, (bad southerner) Do not like sauce on my ribs 🥴
